they are just a bunch of scammers. They first sell it with their "we are small business". I did understood that and was patient. However, its crazy that i took 5 MONTHS, yes, MONTHS. and got 30% of my order. I spent 200$ in this store. Now I have to go through the pain of doing a credit card dispute. SAVE THE HEADACHE, AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Hands down the worst place I’ve ever ordered. They have wasted so much of my time and energy by their lack of care. After my order was placed, three weeks passed before I reached out to them to ask for an update. They couldn’t tell me anything. Another week I reached out and they said my items were sold out the whole time. I asked them for a refund and they were slow to respond or take action. I finally got most of my money back, but not all of it. They stopped responding to me eventually.

This company is horrible! I will never shop with them again! Be response from customer service, I tried calling! I just want my money back! This company needs to be flagged bc it’s a scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. See everyone else's comments. I spent $101 dollars with this company for an online purchase made on 3/31. It's 6/16 and not only have I not received my items but I've not received any proactive communication from the company. I've been consistently emailing with their "support" email alias and get bogus responses if I even get a response at all. I will be disputing this charge via my credit card company bc the outfit I ordered was for my wedding week which was now 3 weeks ago and this company is taking advance of all of us who are handing over our dollars for NOTHING.

My order never shipped when I ordered it in April - June 15 and still pending. It was for my birthday in early May. I’ve reached out several times to their team, they either don’t reply back or they try to deflect and say they’ll look into it or they assure it'll be sent out in a 'few days'.

If you go to their instagram you'll also notice they turned off their comments. Probably because they're hiding from all the angry customers.

**update: September 20th after weekly "following up on this" emails dating all the way back to April, I got a response and they finally refunded me the money via paypal"

I ordered 2 items from It's Juliet on April 18. They still have not shipped. I reached out several times to find out my order status as I had ordered them for an event in late May. They kept replying that the items will definitely ship in just a few more days and that they hope I understand that it is tough being a small business. I felt bad for them so I didn't just try to cancel, even though my event came and went. Now, 2 months later, still no shipped items and no one on their end is replying to my emails anymore. I get that you're a small business, but come on!

I ordered from this company almost 6 months ago and I still haven’t gotten my item shipped out to me I have contacted them multiple times and they just say that it will be shipped out soon but still have gotten nothing and I only ordered one item.

Absolute complete scam. Please don’t waste your money here- they won’t send your package. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I purchase. I will be disputing my charge.

You probably won’t get your money back if you order from here so be prepared to just give away your money. Your only choice is to call your bank. Which ironically in it’s Juliet’s email they specifically request -please don’t do a chargeback and reach out to us instead. Lol total scam.

Did not receive item and it’s been over a month. Exchanged a few emails with Febee, who just feeds superficial lies. I will be disputing this charge with my cc company as non receipt of goods. Avoid this company like the plague.

Do not order anything from this website at all it is a scam . I’m SO FRUSTRATED THAT I ORDERD SO QUICKLY & didn’t check it out before hand.

what’s te saddest part is their not even that far away from me .. i rather just order my stuff from china and it gets here in 2 weeks !

I placed an order on 3/25/22 and only received three of the items WEEKS later.

I’m still missing 6 items with no shipping updates available and no arrival time in sight.

Can’t get ahold of customer service. Emailed many different emails and called their customer service line with no response.

I ordered a sweatshirt from here and it was taking soo long to ship. I ordered on April, 6th. Still didn't ship. I emailed the customer service and they gave me a gift card. I tried using it and it didn't even work. I still purchased the item but got fully charged. I emailed them 3 times about a refund and still haven't gotten a response. This shop needs to be closed down if they are going to continue scamming people for a living. Disgusting.

This business is a scam. They steal your money then refuse to refund you or send you what you ordered. DO NOT EVER buy ANYTHING from this company. The owners should be in jail.
