It helps me daily
I have been using Convo in calls with clients. Not only it’s extremely useful if you want to remember important context, but it also helps me stay on top with its real time help. Highly recommend it if you want to take your sales level to the next level.

Great tool
Great tool! I have been using the AI live assistant during an upsell call and it really helped me. I work in Customer Success, with a strong focus on upsell and commercial conversation.
I needed a couple of calls to get use to the real live assistant, as you need to be able to read at the same time your are focused on the conversation with the client, but once you get use to it, it really does an excellent job!

AI Slop! You can't delete account
AI Slop!
I can't delete my profile on the website because this stupid AI Slop app requires me to set a password for my account, since my account is created through Google Sign-in. When I set a password, it logs me out and won't let me set a password: it says the session has expired. And after several attempts, it says rate limit. I've never seen a more stupid app. Please delete my account.

From what we can see, the issue appears to be related to the account authentication flow, which may have caused the session problems you described.
We absolutely agree this experience should be smoother, especially for users signing in with Google, and we’re already reviewing the flow internally.
