Extremely Poor Service and Zero Accountability
I booked a vacation to Cancun through itravel2000, and it was one of the most frustrating travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, there was a complete lack of communication and customer support. Once they take your payment, you're essentially on your own. No one follows up, no support is provided — they just disappear.
I booked both flight and hotel with Sunwing through itravel2000, expecting them to assist if anything went wrong. Unfortunately, they offer no flexibility or support whatsoever. If you need to change or cancel your trip, don't expect any help — you won’t get a refund, credit, or even a proper response. Their only concern seems to be collecting commission, not supporting their customers.
Worse, the information on their website was misleading and inaccurate. The hotel details didn’t match what we experienced in person. When I reached out to resolve the issue, itravel2000 told me to contact the airline and the hotel directly, completely avoiding responsibility.
In short, if you book through itravel2000, you’re gambling with your vacation. You could lose your money and your travel plans with no recourse. They show no respect for their clients, and based on my experience, they do not stand behind the products or services they sell.
I strongly recommend booking directly with airlines or hotels, or using a company that values their customers and offers real support.
