Freezes and reboots Laptop and iPhone

On google, it still sees my IP area, on Edge it shows where I have selected to be, this is not secure and most annoyingly, on iPhone, it froze and needed a hard reset plus on Windows 10 laptop, it freezes and restarts the laptop, has done it twice now, I've only owned the premium version 2 weeks now, its going to be a long 3 years.

Shame it didn’t work for me.

Although I couldn’t get it to give anywhere a moderate speed even though I had the premium edition. It wasn’t for the lack of customer services trying to sort the problem out, even after sending them a couple of debug reports the problem couldn’t be resolved. The customer service was excellent and a full refund was given.

They charged me twice for two different…

They charged me twice for two different licenses, but only refunded one. This, after repeated requests, less than 2 days after I realized the problem.
One, the bot, issued me a link, for an instant refund.
The other, Allison, requesting an explanation as to what was wrong with the program, and to send a screen shot. There is nothing wrong with the program, other then, like all vpns, it slowed down my connection...I did not want it; and I certainly did not want two.

It has a 90-day guarantee...but just try to get it! I was over charged by double charging, and maybe they were just hoping I would not notice. Now, I cannot get my money back, for a program I do not want, and do not use. How can I take a screenshot of a device I didnt order, and with their hammering me with emails, sending me all over the internet, and then not even addressing why I was not happy, is not a company that works for me.

They did not even address my concern over them charging me twice. They just extending a "premium"use iTop use, and I just didnt want it period! They just answered with a nonsensical response like, "well, send us a screen shot of what you dont like about it" How can I do that? First off, taking a screenshot has nothing to do with anything, because that was not the issue.

You better check your accounts when dealing with them, is all I can say.

I've received 5 or 6 emails from paddle, and kristian the bot, and each one refers me to the other. Then, they send me to allison (a bot?), who now (its a week later since I asked for my refund) they're still sending me back and forth....I gave them a (1) the one bot, at least just sent me a link, for a simple refund, after my explanation that I had been charged twice, receiving two licenses. As much as I have pored over their paddle site, it is all very confusing to just get a refund. I then get like 5 emails, from bot to paddle, and back, telling you they have to inform the other....
total nightmare experience
(actually, I now have a total of 11 before they finally sent me two emails, refunding me both accounts.)

At last, and only until, I had to raise the roof, and, unfortanately publish this, did I Finally did get both refunds. Of course, that is, because I "did not want to cooperate" As I told them, I do not know how to take a screenshot, and what would I take a screenshot of, if I simply do not want the product after all the nonesense.
So, I changed my rating from 1 to 3, because they finally refunded both my accounts, and in rapid order, but only after posting here; which then they want me to "edit my response". Why? for doing what they could have done days ago?

The best I can say about them is; if I ever needed or wanted a VPN, what I saw of it, it seems better then whats out there; but, I truly think they need to streamline their business practice about Refunds. I appreciate the fact they gave me some extra time to work out any differences, but there is no reason to have to send 10 different emails, telling me to go to a bot, then the bot telling me to go back to paddle, etc.

Apparently, they also run a company called Advanced System Repair [paddle] I do not know if it is the same company, and this is their VPN product. I apologize in advance, if not. I am sure I will hear from iTop if it isnt. But, it looks like I had subscriptions from them also.

Again, in my email folder, I have repeated false "charges" sent to me via paddle. Luckily, I was able to run them to ground, and not get charged (I think). So, this appears to not be an isolated case. At least, not to my experience, and opinion. So, whether it is paddle, their biller, or the company iTopVPN contracting with them, I am not sure. And, I will be happy to be corrected, if not.

Great free software

A great piece of free software. Does what it says. There is a more comprehensive version that is paid for, but the freeware does all that I need it to. Excellent. The only place you can't use it is on the BBC iPlayer that needs to know you are UK based.

Fix the problem add good Singapore server in vip itop VPN .
