Amazing experience
Took this journey to learn a new skill (Data Analysis) and IT online are gradually making this a reality for me. It’s been an amazing journey with the team being very supportive, helpful and always available to answer any questions. Completing my Level 1 course and BCS (including passing my professional exam) was a great milestone that I have achieved with guidance, support and encouragement from Roma, John and Shaun.
As I look forward to my level 2 course, I am confident I am in great hands to put me through.
Good thing is you do not need to have a background in IT, the team are always available to guide you through from beginner to pro level.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU JOIN- They are hiding the truth.
I was planning to join some course in uk and found this one. They had advertised about full tuition fee back guarantee if you finish your course which attracted me. Before joining they call me and explains what they do and everything. So I explained my situation like I dont have much time in UK as my visa will end in 1 year. They were very supportive like this course can be done way sooner than 1 year and stuff like that. But the dark side here is, they just want to get the money as soon as possible. This is my experience with them which I am not ok with. So I have called them multiple times regarding some of my questions and they answered it but when ever I ask them about the money back guarantee which they advertise, they not even once mentioned I will have to finish my course within 6 months for it to activate. I got to know about this when I asked them after 6-7 months into my course and when I asked why they didnt mentioned it before as these things are important information for anyone who wants to join, their reply was "it was mentioned on terms and conditions". I think companys like you should start with telling truth and gaining trust from us customers instead of hiding it and telling lies. They know very well that only people who can dedicate 6 months completely for this course can finish this within that period of time and they also know that mentioning it on T's and C's instead of letting people know before joining the course wont help them gain money and people wont read it. If I knew about this I wouldn't have applied for this course in the first place as I knew I would not be able to complete it. I just feel like being scammed by some professionals. If you are advertising about money back guarantee then people should also know about this 6 month scheme. I have asked them 2 -3 times about, is there any trick behind this and not even once they mentioned about this 6 months thing. If you start by telling lies and hiding truth, how do you want us to believe that your certificates hold value? I am not denying that their course is bad, it is informative and has detailed explanations but fooling customers like this is not what I thing you should do. You have lost the value I had for you and lost my money as well. I am sharing this so that everyone can know about this. I have fell for it and dont want anyone else to have my experience. Reading other comments have now made me realize that finishing this course wouldn't have helped me either. Now I think about it, there might be a chance they might have paid people to write positive review here. So anyone trying to get in some course, please dont believe what they tell you during calls and emails straight away, ask them detailed questions and if possible record them for your safety as they might tell a different thing after some time. I have no hope in this, lost my money and feel scammed but dont want anyone esle to have this same situation.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, although we are genuinely disappointed to see this review, particularly as the concerns you’ve raised were fully investigated and resolved with you back in June 2025.
For clarity, your visa limitations, the time sensitivity this created, and the need to complete the programme promptly were all discussed with you before enrolment, and you acknowledged this at the time. You were also issued your full Terms of Learning and the Money-Back Guarantee criteria on enrolment, during the 14-day cooling-off period. No queries or cancellation requests were raised during that window.
Your programme did not include the Money-Back Guarantee, and due to your visa status, you would not have been eligible for it regardless. This was explained during your June review. Even so, management approved a supportive exception allowing you early access to recruitment once two exams and the 3D simulated assignment had been completed.
It is important to note that since that agreement, none of those required exams or the assignment have been attempted or progressed, and no further study activity has taken place on your account. As a result, recruitment support could not be opened for you.
Given this, the timing of your review, now that your visa is close to expiry, is unfortunate, as the lack of progress is not due to any barriers from our side, but simply because the tailored steps needed to activate recruitment support were never completed.
We always aim to be transparent and fair, and your case was handled thoroughly and supportively when you first raised these concerns. We remain more than willing to assist you should you wish to continue your studies, and our tutors are available to support you at any stage. Recruitment support will remain accessible to you even if you return to your home country, should you complete the required elements.
