I communicated a lot with Bobby because I was not sure if a watch would arrive with silver or black hands. Bobby investigated this with his distributor, and I was assured it would arrive with silver hands. I ordered the watch based on a promise of full refund if it arrived with black hands. My Movado watch arrived with silver hands at a price lower than anywhere else on the internet for a new watch. Very happy.

They sold out of what I wanted, he called me right away and way very quick and efficient about it.

I, like most people, am a little wary of ordering certain products on-line. I took a leap of faith and ordered a Tissot Sea Touch. The product came in excellent condition (new), as advertised. It also arrived 1 week from the order date, which is very timely. I will do business with this site again.

I was looking for a discontinued model of a Citizen watch that is very hard to find. I tried to order it from two other websites only to have my orders canceled because the item was no longer in stock. I called It Must Be Time and Bobby checked to make sure the correct watch was available and called me back when he found it. He shipped it quickly and it arrived well-packed to protect it from damage and with signature confirmation to make sure it wasn't stolen. The price I paid was approximately $100 less than the manufacturer's retail price. The service was excellent, I am very happy with the watch and I will buy from them again next time I need a watch.

I was looking for a particular Hamilton watch for a long time, and many online retailers would show the watch as in stock, only for me to find out 2 weeks after placing the order that they don't have the watch. Purchased a watch at Macy's and had to talk the sales person into giving me some kind of discount. Went home and found the same watch at itmustbetime.com for $200 cheaper!! Ordered it immediately and returned my purchase to Macy's. Bobby sent me an email and called me the next day to confirm the order and let me know that the particular piece was on back order until after Jan 1st. To my surprise, he called me again a week later to let me know he had it and would ship immediately. I received the watch 3 days before Christmas, as this was a gift for my father. It brought tears to his eyes this morning and would not have been possible without the help and diligence of Bobby! I will certainly visit this site first next time I am in the market for a new piece. Highly recommended and great customer service.

Sunday night 12/1, placed an order. Since it was a Sunday and after normal business hours, our computer did not verify if order was received. I was concerned and Monday 12/2 left a message asking for a conformation. Not only did Bobby call me to assure me the order was placed, but made a second call later in the day to say my watch had been shipped. Yes ! 2 (two) calls and did I say 12/2 was "Cyber Monday"....Can only imagine if this was just a normal transaction during the year....Watch arrived Wednesday, and I have only good things to say about this company.

Went to their website based on rave reviews from this site. I ordered two watches that were in stock on the site. I paid via Amex and then two days later received a call from Bobby saying that he had "just sold his entire inventory of those watches to another dealer". So I was out of luck. Bobby told me he would credit my card and send me an email confirmation. Neither of which has happened yet.
