Fantastic advice and friendly, reliable service
I have bought items online and via the bricks and mortar shop. 100% recommend both! Fantastic service, fast and reliable and brilliant advice, especially helpful for a someone like me who is very much still learning things in the world of gaming. Really welcoming too, it was difficult to persuade my kids to leave the shop 😅

Would recommend to anyone ordering online - shame the shop is so far away from us as we'd love to visit! We've bought online several times recently, games have come quickly and well packaged. They have a great range of games, some which are limited edition and sold out elsewhere.

Pleasantly, pleasantly surprised. I had not heard of Itemdrop before. I ordered an old videogame, I was surprised that they had it in stock. Excellent price. It arrived in a couple of days, brand new, sealed and in mint condition. I would order from here again! Outstanding service!
