I recently purchased items from Hades Game that were unavailable anywhere else in the UK, according to my Google search.Unfortunately I have ended up having some issues but customer service was exceptionally professional and helpful, and the product arrived well packaged and exactly as advertised. Highly impressed with this store!

Competitive Pricing
Very competitive price for PS5 game and promptly delivered so very happy. Just to note that even on the day of delivery the item was still shown in my account as “processing” but I know from other reviews that they prioritise sending goods out rather than updating order statuses 👍

Swiftest dispatch ever
Had never used this shop before and was a bit hesitant. Item arrived so swiftly I was shocked within 12 hours of ordering.

Understandable to be hesitant if you don't know us and we hope this order has you remember us as a potential destination for your needs. As much as I would love to take the full credit for delivery, all we do is get it out and obviously all those Royal Mail delivery routes worked beautifully for your delivery. Just don't expect it everytime :D we'll try though.

Thank you for your review. We would love to know what else we could do to make your experience a 5 star one. As a micro business we have limitations of what we can do compared to large companies but if there are minor issues we can approach and sort out we would definitely try to make that happen.

A bit more info would've been nice...
I was a bit worried at first because I accidentally checked out as a guest and couldn't track my order on the website anymore. I did receive an email with an update a few days later, saying that my order was shipped, but the letter only had a simple order number and no tracking number. Nevertheless, I got my Godzilla Fall Guys plush a few days ago, the item was in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier.

Awesome stuff. We're glad you're happy with your item. As an international customer you should have received a dispatch email including tracking from Royal Mail on our behalf. I have checked your order on the Royal Mail account and it does show an email was sent. Unfortunately I believe many of these emails end up in junk or spam. If you can find it in your junk folder, although too late now, it would be nice to know if you did receive the email otherwise we can take this back to Royal Mail.
