I needed a replacement battery for my MacBook Air which was replaced the same day at a reasonable price with a one year warranty. Couldn’t ask for more. The guys were great to deal with so I would recommend iTEC DNA to anyone looking for good service.

Great Service and Great Communication.

Took the controller in to get drift issue resolved. Gave me my three options and didn’t push any particular one but told me about all of them. Reasonably priced and quicker turn round than others.

Small details like giving me the replaced parts back so there is no doubt they have been upgraded , honest and helpful guy I wish him all the success there and will definitely use again as needed.

This place comes highly recommended. My iPad Pro was damaged and Apple quoted £500 for a replacement. I contacted a shop in Derby who said they might attempt the repair but did not sound confident. When I called the owner here, he was open and honest and explained it would likely cost around £70 as the iPad would need to be opened. Compared to £500, this seemed very reasonable.

I took the iPad to the shop on a Sunday, he asked me to take a seat, and ten minutes later it was fixed. The bill was £10. I was genuinely grateful and paid more because the service was exceptional.

It is important that we support local businesses and hardworking people like this. If your phone, laptop, or tablet is out of warranty, speak to this shop before spending a lot of money elsewhere. I only regret not catching his name so I could mention him personally in this review.

Albert at iTechDNA has been outstanding ! I dropped my phone in the canal and unfortunately the water damage was extensive . Albert managed to save my data using an old screen which saved me so much hassle..and money !
I would not hesitate for a second in giving this company a 5* review.

Great service, messaged the night before due to my son’s iPad screen being smashed and not being able to watch it due to glass chipping so he was very upset! Dropped it off in the morning, and had a text a few hours later to say it was all done. Even got a glass screen protector too so win win. Son is very happy now. Would deffo recommend and will use again if ever needed too!

Would absolutely recommend. Contacted yesterday regarding my PS5 hdmi port, in today and ready to collected a few hours later.

Showed me pictures of the process (and all the years of dirt he cleaned out!) when I collected.

PS5 is back home and working as good as new!

Phone screen replacement. Reasonable price, fast service. Kept informed by text . Very professional and friendly. Would use again and recommend.

I rang up out of the blue and asked for a same day ps5 service. He dealt with my situation straight away and 3 hours later I was collecting it back to my hands. He showed picture evidence off the whole process and was amazed how my console came back looking like new.

Came home plugged it in and worked just as did minus no more overheating issues !
