Our group signed up with IBT for riding before the Grand Fondo Prosecco in Valdobbiadene, in the Italian Dolomitis region on Sept 27, 2026. The IBT team(Alberto, Pavel, Aleesia, Lucca, Shumee and Michaela were very professional, communicative and treated us very well. Totally stress-free rides and logistics. However, the highest compliment to IBT came after the ride when we traveled to Sicily. After arriving in Catania couple of days after the Fondo I realized I had forgotten an important item at the hotel in Conegliano(approximately 35 km from the Prosecco start line). The hotel confirmed finding the item but refused to courier the item even though I would cover the cost. Over the next several days I tried exploring different options to get my item back without any success. I had given up when I received a text from Alberto who co-ordinated with Aleesia to arrange courier pick up and delivery to my home back in Vancouver, Canada. Both Alberto and Aleesia went out of their way to help me even though their responsibilities to us had ceased after the Fondo on Sept 27, 2026. This an example of truly outstanding client servicing. Again, I want to thank the IBT team and especially Aleesia for helping me. I would highly recommend IBT for your biking adventures.

I enjoyed everything! The Italy Bike Tours team is impressively friendly—by far the best team I've ever met. The hotel was very nice, and the food was delicious.

We had a wonderful experience with IBT on our Puglia bike tour in August! Simone and Giulio were exceptional. Everything was focused on making sure we had the best possible experience. They were flexible, and available when we needed assistance.

Simone and Giulio found excellent places for coffee stops and breaks along the way. Beyond the cycling, they arranged a private olive oil tasting, a guided walking tour of Matera, and an evening boat ride.

This was our second tour with IBT, and it exceeded our expectations. Both trips have been exceptional, and we highly recommend IBT to anyone looking for a personalized, well-organized, and unforgettable cycling trip.

This was our first cycling holiday and we enjoyed every minute of our Pedalling in Puglia bike tour with our wonderful guides Nicola and Davide. They were flexible and supportive and went that extra mile to ensure our experience was amazing . We always felt in safe and experienced hands which was important as we had not cycled much in recent years. We have now gained so much confidence in our cycling abilities due to the kindness and patience of our guides and will be cycling more frequently from now on. Italy Bike Tours made our cycling holiday seamless. Despite touring in a country other than Italy, the routes, navigation, bike rentals, hotel bookings, restaurant suggestions, support and qualified guides made our experience enjoyable and memorable.

Rick and I took our 2nd tour with IBT September 3-11. This trip was the Alpe Adria tour. The experience was amazing from day 1. In addition to beautiful scenery and delicious food, the out of the saddle experiences were beyond my expectations. I think the ice caves were my favorite. Simone was the tour mgr which he did with impressive care and hard work, Stefano was able to fit/tune bikes on the fly in addition to being a wonderful guide along with Marta. Marta was on her 1st tour and she is real a kind and special person! The photos all 3 took were amazing and appreciated! We had one day of rain/storms so we toured Udine and had a delicious lunch. The following day was a bit wet and parts of the path were flooded, Simone stayed close with the van until we were on higher, drier ground. The ITB team communication was excellent.
We had a wonderful trip with friends - old and new on this trip.
We’re already thinking about our next IBT adventure!

What a wonderful trip to a stunning region of Italy, full of history, amazing scenery and delicious food. An absolute highlight was the boat tour in Polignano a Mare and the swim as well as our hosts expert guidance on restaurants, menus and eating 😋 The swim was superb and very refreshing in the very hot conditions. 😍 The weather was incredibly hot which made cycling challenging but the staff looked after us well with cold drinks and snacks to help us arrive in good shape as well as helping out other cyclists in distress in the very hot conditions. We loved the local excursions and tours which helped us appreciate the beauty and history of this special place, guided by two exceptional young leaders. What an amazing future for IBT with this caliber of young people. Many thanks to our IBT team for an amazing trip. We love IBT and we’ll certainly be back next year 💚🤍❤️🇮🇹

Stefano, Simone and Marta worked so hard to make the trip memorable for us. The sights were beautiful, the cycling equipment was terrific, the hotels and restaurants were top notch. It was a great experience and a unique way to see the sights in Austria and Italy.

I've been on organized tours and done my own thing but this was next level. I had to get over not fixating on every climb in gpx files. IBT took care of every detail. Once I let go, I was totally relaxed. By the second day, I left my literal handle bar bag of insecurities in my hotel room. My luggage was in my room. My tubes were changed. I didn't pick a restaurant. If my group called it a day, the IBT team took me on an extra 30km. I wanted to get up earlier and the IBT team had the resort's kitchen open earlier. I wanted to get up earlier still and the team changed the plan to a morning stop at a local cafe. IBT keep the group in good spirits, everyone was heard.

I'm not going to stop going on unorganized jaunts with my own insufficient planning but I'm definitely doing this again. This was a true vacation. This was decadent.

This was our third tour with ITB. All of them have been outstanding but this was the best. The weather was hot, but the guides were wonderful at adjusting our rides (earlier and maybe a little shorter) so that we still rode more than 220 miles over the course of the week (with more than 12600 feet of climbing). I’m not as serious of a cyclist but the guides were so supportive and with an e-bike, i was able to enjoy the rigors and beauty of the ride. The accommodations they arranged for our group (3 different resorts) were top notch — all were comfortable and had a relaxing atmosphere so we could enjoy our time off the bikes. The breakfasts were also very good. The restaurants the guides selected for us were exceptional. It was all-around a fantastic experience.

Italy Bike Tours put together an amazing custom tour of Sardinia for our small group. This is our 3rd tour with them and they get better every time!

Our guides, Fausto, Nikolai and John took care of every detail and showed us the best time. The routes the team crafted for our daily rides took us along the beautiful coast, overlooking the crystal blue water and through idyllic small towns with quiet roads stunning scenery.

And the food...as always, the food was incredible, from the private farm-to-table picnic at an agriturismo to the suckling pig dinner that is a delicacy in Sardinia.

We're already planning our next trip with IBT. We can't recommend them enough for the best cycling trips!

I have toured with many different companies, and IBT was comparatively excellent. Fausto and Ivan were supportive, encouraging, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. Logistically seamless with pick-ups and drop-offs that made getting halfway across the world easy. Strongly recommended.

Italy Bike Tours provides a fantastic experience for cycling. I have used them 3x so far for Dolomites, coast-to-coast, and French Alps. They remove any friction on logistics, planning, etc allowing us to focus on the one thing we came to do — ride! The continuous support, ability to rent bikes, and amazing proactive service makes them easily worth the price for those looking for a holiday focused on cycling. Feeling tired from riding? No problem - short coffee ride and they will drive you to a nearby city to visit. Want to do extra climbs? No problem - here is the route and we will have support vehicles and a rider with you. They adapt to all situations and make them positive. Top notch service every time.

From my first interaction, with Italy Bike Tours (IBT), I instantly knew that the customer is front of mind in tour designs and timings, even with prescheduled tours.
This tour was a "bucket list" item for me, and some 6 years in the making.
Planning for my tour started some 9 months before the actual tour (June 26), which involved a number of considerations, including dates, times as i was meeting my family in Italy post the tour. Nothing was too hard for IBT.
Despite a number of rider cancelations, and me being the only one on the tour, IBT honored its commitment to me, which allowed me to "play on". The IBT team then tweaked and tailor the ride and accommodation, as well as my transfer points to enable me to meet my family on time and efficiently.
IBT choice of hotels, and local restaurants were fantastic.
Tour guides, and driver were knowledgeable, personable and where customer focused, I felt spoilt.
I would recommend Italy Bike Tours without reservation, to anyone who is contemplating such an adventure, knowing that you are front of mind.
I am already planning my next adventure with the IBT team, this time with a number of mates.
