Customer Service is excellent and that is important to me!

I ordered 2 round glitter tags for our dogs they were beautiful they did a fantastic job

The personalized collar is excellent quality and fits perfectly. Apparently the first one I ordered was lost in the mail. They made a new one and I got it a few days ago and am very happy. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 for our cats they were beautiful they did a fantastic job

The product I ordered got lost by USPS or something. I contacted iTalk and they immediately got on a new order for me. They responded very promptly to every email I sent them during the process, and I sent some late at night. They always answered within 8 hours.

I got the product and the harnesses are exactly as described. They are easy on and off, and aren't a pain in the butt for me or my dogs to get on. They are personalized just as I asked.

Would. Definitely do business with them again.

Loved the dog collars! Was very pleased with the quality!

I ordered 3 of the dog tags with my fur babies names and our phone number on them. We are VERY pleased with them. They’re sturdy, lightweight and beautiful.

Sincerely,
Candi

The dog ID tags were as described. I got to choose which color. I have 3 dogs, so got a different color for each dog. I had their name and my cell number engraved on each. Well worth the price!!

i ordered a customized id tag for my cat's collar. it's very attractive, affordable, and small and lightweight enough for a small cat

Nice quality collars. I ordered 2. They are bright colors and the names and numbers are printed in an easy to read font. They look and fit great. I have 16 lb dachshunds and ordered a size small.

I have always used a battery human toothbrush on my dog. But this manual one is also extremely good

I ordered 4 large collars from iTalkPet and love them all. They are good sized in width, are foam padded for comfort, have a sturdy buckle, and the colors are vibrant. I plan on buying more!

I bought 3 different colors for my dogs. They are really beautiful collars. Very impressed!

Great quality item! Lettering was clear. Love it!

The personalized reflective cat collars were exactly as pictured. The clasp is secure. They weren’t over packaged and arrived in a small padded envelope, thank you!

We're nice but my dog passed unexpectedly this week. I read never able to use it. So that's sad if no returns allowed

The dog tag came very quickly and is extremely cute! I have no complaints and would order again from this company!
