Great people

Great people. Bought a refurbished monitor and it came in perfect condition. The included power cable was faulty, and when I contacted the company about it they called me and sorted me out despite me being a bit of Karen about the matter. Thank you guys so much and sorry if I caused any trouble. If need any tech in the future, I will for sure be perusing your store.

The company kept me updated about my…

The company kept me updated about my order. When there were delays, they immediately made contact with me to let me know there was a delay due to matters beyond their control. They communicated with me via email, text message and called, when needed. I had great experience with this company and will definitely purchase from them again. My laptop arrived in excellent condition and thoroughly protected to prevent any damage.

An extremely efficient electronics…

An extremely efficient electronics store with highly honorable business ethics.
I bought an 8gb Ddr4 dimm from this store for my desktop pc (which turned out to be the incorrect type of ram as it was stated on the ad that it is 'server' ram) and me being somewhat technologicaly challenged bought anyway, well the person(Morne) that was in communication with me regarding my mistake sent me the correct ram AFTER I explained what happened, he must be the most helpful person I've ever met-wish the world could have more people like him in it-THANK YOU MORNE for all your help and professionalism 👍🏻🙏🏻

Excellent service!

I purchased a monitor, and I received it well before the expected delivery date. The item has very minimal scratches.
Morne's service was excellent! He took the time to explain how the item works and which one was better suited to my needs. I am impressed and will definitely recommend ITAD to anyone who is looking for refurbished IT equipment.
