Fabulous product

Good product , delivery left a bit to be desired. Clearly stated that the Royal Mail 24 hour tracker service was being used . Ended up with Evri , took almost a week for the product to be delivered.

Great price, great product and great service, items were posted immediately on submitting my order. My local sorting office are a nightmare for delivery but ¡SOUL communications were fantastic on keeping me updated. Highly recommended.

The service is good and the product good - no complaints about speed of delivery and how it works. My main problem (and hence the lower rating) is the description (or lack of description?). The first time I bought your styluses, I had a pair which were about 11cm long and the tip diameter was about 7mm. It had a thingy on the other end, the purpose of which I still haven't discovered!
I wanted to buy some more for friends and ordered some with a ballpoint pen at the other end which seemed good. But they turned out to be thinner, so the stylus end was much narrower and not as effective (the ball point pen didn't last for very long before running out.) The fact that they were in packs of ten was a point I did not assimilate before ordering, so I have rather a lot of them still!! Then the third lot looked more like the first ones, but when they arrived, they were much shorter, about 6cm, narrower (about 5mm) and with the 'thingy' again - and being much smaller, also much easier to lose. I would really like some more of the first ones I bought, but I can't see them on the website and the descriptions don't include dimensions. Including the dimensions in the description might help - otherwise I shall end up with a lot of non-functioning styluses!

Good strong bags lovely colour

The item that I ordered can’t be used for the thing that I wanted it. I was reading the information of product and it said that it can be use on this way, but it can’t. So I am very disappointed, because I ordered something that is useless for me.
