I completed 12 EDT lessons with Ioan and would highly recommend him. He was extremely patient, supportive, and always helpful throughout. He’s very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to driving and understanding the test requirements. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his students and goes above and beyond to ensure they’re practicing the correct techniques, especially in the areas where their test is likely to take place.

I recently had the pleasure of taking driving lessons with Saad, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough. Even though I only had lessons with him for two days, with the second day being when I hired his car for my full driving test, the experience was excellent from start to finish.

From the very first lesson, Saad was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. Learning to drive, especially so close to a test, can be very nerve racking, but he immediately created a calm and supportive environment. He explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood what was expected of me. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and no question ever felt too small to ask.

What stood out to me the most was how well he managed my nerves. As the test approached, my anxiety was quite high, but Saad stayed calm, reassuring, and positive throughout. His steady guidance and confidence in me really helped keep me focused. On the day of the test, he gave me the encouragement I needed, and it made such a difference.

Communication was also great from the beginning. He was always clear, responsive, and professional, and he provided feedback in a constructive and motivating way. In such a short amount of time, he helped me improve and feel much more confident in my driving.

I’m so happy to say that I passed my full driving test, and I truly believe his support and guidance made all the difference. Hiring his car for the test was also a smooth and stress-free process. The car was well-maintained and comfortable, which gave me extra confidence on the day.

Overall, Saad is a fantastic driving instructor. patient, professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in his students’ success. I’m very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and understanding instructor.

I done all of my driving lessons with Stephen Bowen he’s a great driving instructor very nice and was very clear with instructions which made me feel at ease passed my test first go today thanks to him.

I just want to say a massive thank you to my instructor Niamh Brady. She was wonderful and helped me so much. Thanks to her I passed my test 1st time and round and I don’t think I could have done it without her. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone doing lessons

Really easy to communicate with, always helpful and accommodating. I had a fantastic experience learning to drive with my instructor, Sarah who always explained everything clearly, and remained patient especially when I was nervous. Prior to my lessons I had zero driving confidence and now feel a lot more confident behind the wheel. I would really recommend Sarah as a driving instructor to anyone learning to drive!

I did all of my 12 lessons and pre tests with Saad and managed to succeed in passing my driving test on my first attempt. He was very patient and informative, he helped calm my nerves on the road and I would highly recommend him as a driving instructor.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to my instructor Niamh.. I passed my test first time, thanks to all of her help & support! She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable throughout my lessons and any questions I had was more than happy to help and go over with me until I was confident. She is truly a beam of light and I couldn’t recommend her enough 🙌🏼

Just got my BE licence today all thanks to Ger Homan ( instructor).
He is one very relaxed man and very patient.

Many thanks to Adeola my driving instructor who have guided and motivated me throughout my driving classes. Her instructions throughout the lessons was very simple and easy guide for understanding. I have passed my test.

I trained with ISM to become an Approved Driving Instructor. I trained with Dave Malone and he provided training to such a high standard which enabled me to pass all three stages the first time around. I would highly recommend ISM to anyone learning to drive or to become a Driving Instructor themselves.

I have completed my BE C D and CE driving training with ISM.

I started with my BE in 2022 with Ger and I must say he was an absolute gent, extremely patient and helpful, which helped me pass first time.

I moved on to my C licence in June 2025 which I also completed with Ger and again he was an absolute gent, so patient and helpful. He made sure I knew everything I needed to before the test, both theory and practical driving. Thanks to Ger I was so relaxed going into my test which I passed in August 2025.

In September 2025 I started my D lessons after just 3 lessons I passed my test first time. The gent I done my lessons with retired just after I completed my test which was a shame.

In October 2025 I started to do my CE lessons with Laszlo. Laszlo is an amazing instructor. He has so much patience and knowledge. He knows how to put you at ease during the lessons and build confidence. I done one CE lesson with David O Carroll who was an absolute gent to work with. He was another amazing instructor to drive with. He knows how to make you feel relaxed and confident behind the wheel, which is what helped me pass my artic test first time in January 2026.

All of the instructors I worked with were absolute gents. They have so much knowledge and patience. They make you feel so relaxed. It’s an amazing team of instructors and I would highly recommend working with them.

The only downside to dealing with ISM is it is clearly a business, all the company wants to do is make money which you can’t blame them but it can make you feel an unnecessary awkwardness. The instructors clearly care and do their jobs well but one instructor in particular was big into pushing for more lessons which I don’t think were needed. When I done my bus lessons during the first one everything I done was “perfect” but I still needed 2 more lessons which also went “perfect” with nothing needing to be fixed. I had just passed my rigid test so I was use to large vehicles and I was still in test mode. Those 2 extra lessons definitely weren’t needed but look I did enjoy them.

The call takers in the office were very helpful but they are definitely the biggest pushers to make as much money for the company as possible and it’s very obvious and definitely made me feel really uncomfortable when dealing with them. I had lost 30 minutes off of my 1 hour pre test for my artic test because the instructor wasn’t available before this time which was okay but I had to make an issue out of it to receive a €15 discount off of a €275 fee. This was after spending over €4000 getting all of my lessons in all the categories, it was clear I was just euro signs in their eyes. This is the only downside to ISM. The one thing I would recommend to combat this is purchase your lessons online and just call to book in using your purchased credits.

I did my lessons with Stephen Bowen , he was an excellent instructor and I passed with flying colours first time only after 7 months … would 1000% recommend going with him

I had 2 pre test lessons & 1 mock test with Saad. He helped me a lot and provided very constructive criticism that helped me pass first try. Can't recommend Saad enough.

I completed all 12 of my EDT lessons with Sarah and she was absolutely brilliant. She was kind, patient and very attentive, and I could tell she genuinely cared about my progress. I started with very little experience and was very nervous, but by the end of my lessons I felt much more confident and my driving had improved greatly. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone learning to drive.

I just wanted to share some feedback following my first lesson today with Dave McCormack.

Dave was absolutely amazing, his approach instantly made me feel comfortable and confident. What stood out the most was how clearly he broke everything down into simple, detailed steps. He explained not just the “how,” but the “why,” which really helped me understand and stay calm behind the wheel.

I genuinely appreciated his patience, clarity, and supportive style. Looking forward to continuing this journey with his guidance!

My experience was amazing, thanks to sarah she kept her cool even when i was to scared to change gears, now after finishing my 12 lessons im able to drive properly thanks to her.

Have just completed all 12 lessons with Sarah, she was absolutely amazing! I started off being terrified to drive in a straight line to whizzing around on my own thanks to her, she is so patient and encouraging I couldn't have done it without her! I would absolutely recommend if you are starting off to book with Sarah I couldn't have had a better instructor.

I Recently did my lessons with Saad and he is the most calm instructor I could recommend, I’ve become so confident in driving and have learnt skills from him I will be using for the rest of my life, He is so helpful clear and professional, Will make you feel at ease and calm straight away. I PASSED MY TEST FIRST TIME with exceptional feedback from my examiner regarding my driving instructor Saad, I couldn’t recommend him enough, Thanks Saad!!!

I completed my lessons with Sarah Burke. Every lesson was very enjoyable and I learned something new every time. I had no problem asking any questions. Sarah was always very calm and friendly making the lessons very engaging.

I did my initial 6 lessons with George, he was very good. I’ve had bad experience before, but got pretty confident, George explained everything really well. I’ve had a pause between those lessons and the exam date, as we all do, and took 2 more lessons with Ioan before the exam. Ioan is great, he patiently went through all of my faults and got me really confident in my driving, great structured approach. I passed on my first attempt today, thank you both Ioan and George!
