Ordered two ADA hand rails in an "L" shape. The metal was very weak and poorly packaged. One unit arrived folded in half and I rejected it with the carrier. The second unit was undamaged in shipment, but wasn't the size described on the website. I have no use for it now as it won't fit my space.

The group was very helpful in getting the order processed. When we came across a mismeasurement they responded very quickly in getting me the corrected part needed to complete the project.
Ralph did a great job in helping me through the process!

We ordered partitions and they arrived on time, however after unboxing we discovered the headrails and hardware did not make it. We talked to Ralph and he made it right in a timely fashion so as not to delay our restroom update project. I am giving this 5 stars because in construction things always happen so Ralph making it right as quick as he did is why this deserves in my mind a 5 star rating.
