Ordered a ring from here and it was a size too big I contacted them about an exchange and they were totally up for it but I purchased my right size before waiting for a reply. Ally had contacted me back and sorted all the return stuff for me. The customer service was impeccable and I was very happy about that. Ally responded to all my emails straight away and kept me upto date with my new order and was honestly the sweetest person ever. Will definitely give this a 10/10 from the jewellery to the customer service very happy with my purchase will definitely be ordering from Isla&co again

What an amazing beautiful business this is, all the jewellery I purchased are so beautiful, very sophisticated, very affordable but looks expensive jewellery.

I purchased bracelet, necklaces and earrings and was amazed at the quality, so comfortable, doesn’t tarnish, is waterproof, I went into the pool and sea on holiday and still looks like new.

Perfect pieces for everyday use, holidays, Christmas and birthday gifts, and for many other occasions in an excellent range of gold and silver jewellery.

I ordered a ring off Isla and Co and unfortunately bought the wrong size. I contacted them and had an email back from Ally. She was kind helpful and so lovely and arranged for me to be able to send the ring back and exchange for a smaller size. She kept in regular contact so I knew what was happening, The jewellery is so beautiful and I’ve already eyed up the next things I want to purchase! I can’t rate this business enough, I fell in love with the Ottie & Dainty ring and ordered straight away! However, I ordered the wrong size and as soon as I messaged the page they were really helpful and had an exchange system that was super simple. I’m absolutely in love with both ring rings and I’m even tempted to wear them on my wedding day instead of the originals!! Brilliant customer service, brilliant product products and a super friendly business owner. 😊

I would highly recommend this company. I bought the Ivy Necklace and the Dainty Twist Chain. They are beautiful, so pleased with them. The delivery was quick and they arrived in lovely boxes. I made another purchase of a bracelet for myself a couple of weeks later and also bought two others as gifts. Excellent service and good value for money.
