Great decision to install a new Alpha E-Tec 15R boiler to replace my 30 years old Ideal boiler.
The overall experience was excellent. The salesman called on the Tuesday to agree the deal and the installation guys turned up 8am the following day to do the job. They were quick and efficient with the job completed by 1.45pm and minimal inconvenience or disruption. First class service from these guys with good after service too. Quick call backs to answer any questions or issues arising. Thoroughly recommend this company for anyone needing a new boiler.

Had my new Alpha 33Kw boiler installed on Wednesday and it’s made the world of difference. From the initial quoting visit to the after installation check in call everything was well explained, talked through and understood.
On installation day the installers were prompt and polite, they put down carpet covers and kept the work extremely clean. The installation is extremely neat and tidy and the work well done.
The after care has been great, checking in to ensure I was happy and again a week later to make sure everything was working as expected. All in all it’s been a great decision to upgrade and do so through iSafe. Would highly recommend

We had a fantastic experience with iSafe from start to finish!

We have an (almost) 5 month old baby and our boiler has been on its last legs for a while, meaning lukewarm baths and having a cold house more often than a warm one, as well as numerous ‘repairs’ to keep the boiler going.

I got in touch with iSafe requesting a quote for a new boiler and hive system. I was called back that day, and within two days, James came out to have a look at what we had and give us a quote on the day, which was massively appreciated as we were able to fully discuss our options there and then.
We were given various options for different boilers that were in our budget and would meet our needs, and after finalising with james, within a day we had a new boiler installed! He was great when he came to the house - he was really mindful that we had a crabby baby so didn’t keep us too long, but still gave us all the information that was important and made it easy to understand.

Our installer was Stevie and his apprentice - the previous workmen I’ve dealt with from previous companies have been very much ‘business as usual’ and want to be in and out as quickly as possible. Stevie introduced himself and his apprentice and explained what would be happening that day. I was holding my wee baby at the time, and he was so lovely chatting and interacting with her while he was going over things with me, so he obviously got massive gummy smiles in return. He popped in and out to tell us what had been happening, letting us know water would be going off and asked if we needed any for a bottle for baby, asking if my husband (who was working from home) was being disturbed by the noise and it was just a lot of consideration which I’ve never had on a level like this before. I’m usually a bit on edge or uncomfortable with work being done as I feel like I’m in the dark and it’s just a ‘we’re done/bye’ attitude but Stevie spent time showing us the hive system and how to work it, going over the boiler and how to change water temp etc and really went the extra mile. Over the course of the day if he popped in he was chatting about his kids and giving us wee tips that worked for them which was something else we really appreciated! He was also really concerned with our and baby’s safety - he explained the carbon monoxide detector had been placed in the best place to ensure any carbon monoxide would be detected. They were such considerate workers, to the extent that you wouldn’t have known we had such a big thing done in the room they were working in. It was in the same condition as when they started which isn’t something I’ve ever had before with any kind of work being done.

All in all - probably one of the best and easiest experiences I’ve ever had as a young adult for work like this being done - especially one who has no experience with getting a new boiler, and It almost makes me wish we had something else that needed done so Stevie would come back as he was a treasure 🥲
We’re really thankful that this work was able to take place so quickly, especially with a young baby in the house! We will recommend this company (and Stevie!) to everyone and anyone who is needing any work they need!

Contacted iSafe Gas with regards to installing and relocating my boiler after reading their reviews. After speaking with James and getting his advice on best boiler for my budget, I was recommended the Alpha boiler. James thoroughly inspected the property and informed me of the best place to relocate my boiler too. After receiving quotation from James, I was happy with costings and work commenced on the days James had me booked in for. The engineers (Sean, Steven & George) were all on hand to carry out the installation process. Ross followed on afterwards to wire up, connect to electricity supply and install our Hive system. From start to finish these guys were professional, efficient, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much work, ensured any questions or concerns were answered, ensured all work was carried out timely and expertly and tidied away any rubbish after job was complete. Can't speak highly enough of them. Would definitely recommend James & his team at iSafe Gas for any boiler installation, servicing or repairs. Boiler has been in for over a month now and heating system seems to be working perfectly. Was informed by James if there was any problems at all then the team at iSafe Gas were contactable at anytime.
Top notch, 5 star service 👍👍👍.

From start to finish the guys were great, my install wasn’t the easiest for them but from the first visit with James everything was sorted. Steven the installer takes great pride in his work and would not start the job until he had proper documentation from the boiler supplier as I had an obscure flue. Really fantastic service. I just moved into a new house and the boiler wasn’t working. The engineer came on time and was quickly able to fix it for me and help me understand the system and timers as the previous owners had not left instructions. He also gave me some advice on a hive system. Incredibly helpful, polite and kind. The price was fixed and very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and would strongly recommend.

I live abroad and needed urgent care to a very old boiler at a rental property. ISafe went above and beyond to communicate with me on what needed done. I immediately felt reassured that the work was going to be completed to a high quality! Despite the time difference, James was so helpful and called after work hours to keep me updated and assisted with scheduling the installation of a new boiler. What an exceptional service from James and engineer Steven! Our boiler broke down in new year and we were really struggling to get our insurance company to send someone. Our neighbour has recommended iSafe to us. Scott came over in Wednesday,and new boiler was installed next day by Steven. Well fast forward to today out boiler has stopped working due tk gas works getting done outside out home,contacted James and he sent Steven to us the same day,even that it was very late and we had our heating back and running withing an hour.I'm so grateful to Steven for coming over and working so late !best service!

Our boiler broke down on 1st January and it was just the worst time because no body was available to do the job.Insurance company were still recovering from a hangover, so obviously they weren't very keen to do the job for us.Found isafe through my neighbours and phoned James came to our house same day,gave us a quotation and the boiler was installed next day.They are exceptionally the best company i came across. Excellent service,very professional, and they are there when u need them.Thanks to the full team.

I had James out at our house on Thursday morning for a quote after having no heating for two weeks. James took us through all the options then provided us with the best advice to make an informed decision. James was really professional and very knowledgeable and had a job booked for the next day because he didn't want us going another weekend without heating. George and shaun arrived the next morning and after a full day putting in the new boiler we're now cosy at home. Ross also came later on in the day to fit our hive. I can't rave about these guys enough. They were all brilliant, professional and kept us going all day. If you're unsure about choosing isafe I have this to say ...... don't be you'll not be disappointed they truly are the best. Nothing was too much trouble and they've contacted me afterwards too to make sure I'm still happy. Amazing service, supply and fit I've never been more happy choosing a company.

Boiler needed replaced and after contacting a few companies and getting quotes we went with iSafe. The sales manager James was really helpful in explaining all of the replacement options and their costs. The installation team were out within a matter of days and done a great job, installed the boiler, replaced broken radiators and set up the new thermostat. The team showed us how to operate everything and ensured everything was working as it should before cleaning up after themselves and leaving. The communication was brilliant with the sales manager keeping in touch throughout the whole process. The overall cost was great value for money and the whole process was just really straightforward.

From start to finish everything was handled well. Paddy the engineer was very helpfull. James was great at getting me a great deal. The installation on the day went well and very efficent. Defo recommend the isafe boys 5 stars!

Were able to replace the failing boiler within a week of coming out to quote. Installers arrived promptly on the morning agreed for the work and the new boiler was up and running mid afternoon. Very neat and tidy job and they cleaned up everything after them.
