Matt in the office gives exceptional customer service and could teach other companies to excel at this. Pat onsite went above and beyond to make sure I had a working boiler and Hive thermostat in time for leaving on a long trip. Thank you so much guys. Wonderful stuff!

Highly recommend. Contacted them on Sat as I had a problem with my boiler. No heating or hot water. Warranty expired in March! Engineer came out on Mon. Fan fault and possibly pcb fault. He contacted boiler co. And got prices. Fan replacement would have to be tried first and if that didn't work pcb would have to be fitted. Weighed up the costs and felt it wasn't worth the risk and decided on new boiler. James the sales managet said it would be next week before it could be done as they were so busy. Told him I couldn't go a week without hot water.
Went above and beyond to juggle things and boiler was installed on Tuesday. Installers were great. Very friendly , efficient and cleaned everything up and took away all the rubbish. I had been using ISafe for a few years for boiler servicing and will continue to use them. Every member of staff I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Very happy customer.

I am very pleased with my new combi boiler installation by George. After researching boilers and contacting companies, I really appreciated James taking the time to answer my questions and he gave his honest opinion about realistic improvements in with our dated pipes and boiler. The change in water pressure is night and day and we are very pleased with our installation and the fear of ripping up floorboards didn't materialise. Hopefully don't need a boiler for many years but I'll be reocmmending Isafe to friends and family.

Recently had a new boiler fitted with iSafe Gas and it was a positive experience from start to finish. James was very thorough with his checks and fully explained the process. We recently noticed water dripping through the ceiling of our landing and identified it was coming from a leak in the water tank in our loft. Having used iSafe to install a new boiler, we contacted them for advice on the leaking tank. They came out within days to assess the leak and identified the problem.
They clearly explained all the options open to us and we decided to have an unvented cylinder fitted rather than try to replace the corroded tank in the loft which would have been a big and messy job.
All the work was done on the agreed day and within the agreed timeline. It was completed quickly with minimum disruption. The team were professional and extremely helpful and also provided a solution to a water pressure challenge we had faced.
They also committed to be in contact after the work was completed and have been in touch to check that everything is OK.
Having used iSafe to complete two big jobs in our house, their professionalism and customer service both during and after the work, leads me to highly recommend them to others

James came round to my flat and gave me a quote, and after accepting the quote,the engineers came to install my new boiler a few days later, and they did a nice clean job with no mess when left .I had a great experience with ISafe Gas and made the whole process simple, and would highly recommend them .

Needed new boiler after the old one was classed as broken beyond repair. Called iSafe Gas, James came over for a quick check, and provided me with a quote. As it was one of few quotes, it took me few weeks before making my decision. In the end, iSafe Gas' quote was most competitive for the boiler I wanted. I have ordered the install for a specific, suitable to me day and within few days engineer arrived with all the part needed. All works was done in a day. Installer did very neat job, cleaned after himself and all what was left for me, is. to enjoy a new, quieter and more efficient boiler.

Had my boiler put in a few weeks ago. The men did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards, did not leave a mess. The manager phone later to make sure everything went well. Brilliant work 👏.

Had issue with our existing boiler and it had to be replaced. Called James out and got the guys to fit new one within 3 days. Explained to us the different boilers and which would suit us best. Overall very impressed with speed at which job was started and finished and all mess cleared up and taken away too. Would highly recommend Isafe.

Fantastic experience form iSafe - right from recieving a call within a couple of hours to arrange a date to visit to James taking his time to comprehensively go through my requirements. Gary the engineer was great, arrived on time, worked tirelessly and left the place spotless along with walking me through the instructions/settings for the new boiler. Delighted I choose iSafe.

Excellent service from James’s 1st visit to the installation of the boiler. Best price out of 4 quotes & held the price for 4 months due to planning permission issues with the council.
Guys were great & very tidy.

Recently moved into the property and the boiler was in the main bedroom. We were really keen to get this moved into the kitchen. After a home inspection I was told it would be possible.
