Hello, I just got my order and realised that it's damaged. One of the necklace's blue stones has been removed. This is making it a misfit and needs immediate change.

It's a scam very poor quality product, I can politely say it's rubbish, I have been trying to return their product for the past 2 days and they are refusing to give me the return address. Very unprofessional stay away from this website

Total Rip Off
Purchased a Grace Gift set for my wife for Christmas and paid £69.
After doing some research I found exactly the same item on Temu for £8.99.
Phoned Isadory and told them to cancel my order. After much toing and froing they agreed to give me a full refund on the item.
Happy ending but Emptor Cave Latin for Buyer Beware. It sure pays to shop around.

Plastic Breaclet
I got a Bracelet for my wife, of this company which cost me €80 .which was advertised on face book. When I receive it in the post ,when I seen it I said omg it looks Beautiful till i pick it up and to my amazement it was a plastic bracelet. I was so disgusted. What a load of rubbish .sane Breaclet is being advertised on FB for €139.00.just be careful people..Ireland....

Beware
BEWARE - Do not buy from this company, purchased a jewellery set for £64 when it arrived the bracelet was broken and the necklace was bent, it was made of cheap metal and had rough edges. I paid with Paypal and have gone through them for a full refund, however I have had to pay the cost of the return to Portugal which was £14 so I am out of pocket.
