Christopher Clay from Irving Knight contacted me since he thought that I could be an excellent match for a position in a real estate company. From the beginning, he was very attentive and on top of everything. When the company gave me the salary offer I asked him if he could get me a little more than that and he did it. I’m thrilled to have worked with him because I believe he is one of the best recruiters out there. If you have the opportunity to work with him, you won’t be disappointed.

Very disappointing candidate experience from Irving Knight and Matthew Andrews (and particularly the client). I had 3 interviews in total, 1 recruiter screen with Matthew and 2 interviews directly with the client. After the 2nd interview with the client I politely chased for feedback and to simply understand whether my application had progressed or whether I had been rejected. Nothing back, apart from a half hearted couple of replies to say Matthew hadn't heard anything back. So as a result I was left wondering and bemused? I am surprised at how poor the candidate experience was and really hope that this review may just motivate Irving Knight to ensure that this doesn't happen to future candidates
