Well-played Convincing Scam

Well-played Convincing Scam. Working for a university, trying to save money for a research endeavor, they scammed us. They register themselves as a completely different name in our purchasing system, which allows us to make bank transfers, then they request a check in the mail, the check goes out, our part never arrives. They don't respond to emails anymore and website along with affiliates should be taken down.

Hey Jonathan! Claire here, one of the owners at Irrigation King. I’m genuinely sorry to hear about your experience—this definitely doesn't sound right. We're a subsidiary of a family-run irrigation business that's been operating for over 160 years, and integrity means everything to us.

I personally checked with our accountant, and we don’t have any record of receiving a check from your university. We are here all day from 8:00am-5:00pm PT if you want to give us a call (844) 259-0640. I also just sent you an email with my cell number--we'd love to resolve this for you, and again my sincerest apologies for the mixup here.

This company should not be taken…

This company should not be taken seriously. I bought 2 camping gas burners there. The couplings of both burners on the gas cylinders do not fit. So it is of no use to me, but I did pay € 60.00 for it. They refuse to take any responsibility and offer 7 USD and after some email exchanges 12 USD (a tip) as compensation? What good are two gas burners that don't do what is promised on their website? To me, the products are worthless. So I didn't receive the right products. And what good is a $7 to $12 tip? Every webshop must take back defective products within 8 days and refund the purchase price. Even if I wasn't satisfied, they should do so according to the law. Every online store knows this. I refuse to accept this!

It is now the end of June 2025.
I am still trying to get my way with these scammers.
Now they even claim that they do not sell gas burners at all!!!
How dirty can you be!

Unfortunately I cannot place an attachment here otherwise I would share the purchase documents here.

Hi there! We don't sell gas burners, and we don't currently do business in England (though we hope to in the future). Perhaps you bought this from someone else?
