I bought their 216pcs tool set to do jobs around the home and jobs on my car, as soon as 1 bit broke, I got in touch with them and initially took a while to resolve the issue, since they have no updated their email system and email address everything was sorted the next day. I am very pleased with how they have handled the warranty amd overall pleased with the my tool set and absolutely amazed at their customer service 5 stars from me. Oh yeah search for them on TikTok honestly you will not regret it.
