Top company, not only are the prices good, delivery excellent and web site easy, my original order was not fit for job due to my own ordering error but they discounted the original purchase and also discounted the replacement handles, couldn't really ask for more. Will be using again

It was not clear on our checkout page that Elavon was our payment processor, used to process all types of card payments.
We have now changed this to "Elavon All Card Payments" and added the card logos for Visa, Mastercard etc.

Great customer service sourcing the products I was having difficulty finding. Really good communications , both email and phone (yes from a real person , not automated) keeping me posted when to expect delivery ... goods great price, really well packaged and posted. 👍👍

Quality item but there was a mistake with the postcode. This was not ID's fault but that of their supplier. Resolved by ID and delivery was completed.

Apologies for not having your particular item in stock. We work with some 30+ suppliers. Some provide live interfaces to their available stock, but some do not. This makes it impossible for us to provide a consistent "live" view on stock on our website, so we rely on regular batch updates.
We check every order as soon as we receive it to check the stock, and to look for alternative suppliers if it is unavailable.
If we cannot source the item from our own stock or any of our supplier contacts we make the customer aware of the situation, and offer a full refund.
