5 star for the quality, delivery - was so fast, customer service great, as l had an issue on my order and was rectified very quickly. I loved my splash back. Highly recommend and will definitely buy again

Received but had to go a collect at a…
Received but had to go a collect at a hub as delivery was not delivered in the time period stated! Box was ripped and flattened even though it had fragile on the box, the couriers obviously ignored the sign but fortunately the item was not damaged, very happy with the item. But a complain should be made to the courier company

Great customer service and very easy to order from Ironmongery. Prompt delivery of good quality items that were used for project on a limited time deadline. Megan at Ironmongery Now also answered all my emails, and went over and beyond to help me with an incorrect item. Please note that this issue arouse as I had made an error. I believe they didn’t hesitate to provide a goodwill gesture or two!! What a lovely company to buy and deal with. I will definitely order more from them again. Huge thank you for taking all the headache out of a silly mistake!

There was an initial problem when an incorrect
Items was sent, right item, wrong size.In fact about half the size I had ordered. the s/s chopping board was of little use to us.
I contacted the company immediately to inform them,
their respomse was immediate. Megan Horne, organised for the correct size to be sent that day, and indeed it arrived the following day. The correct size and well packed.
Great product and amazing service when miost companies are closing down for Christmas.

Wrong screws
I received the product but the screws with the product are wrong. I am unable to install the door handles because of the screws. I did sent email to supplier over a week now but no response.
