We asked for a diverse experience. Locations, accommodations and opportunity for interaction with the folks of Ireland and the land. Nuala Sheedy and the people of Irish Tourism delivered a seamless experience. Everything from communication with Nuala, the rental car to checking in at all of our hotels, it all went perfect. I will not hesitate to recommend Nuala and Irish Tourism or call Nuala on my next trip.

My husband and I went on the 10 day Irish Castles and Manors Platinum tour for our anniversary. What an amazing experience! Stephanie did a great job of accomating our requests for special stops. She was responsive and easy to work with. Our driver, Donal, picked us up at the Dublin Airport and took us on a trip of a lifetime. Donal was knowledgeable and a great tour guide! He was able to customize our places to see based on our interests as he got to know us during our drives around the beautiful Irish countryside. He gave us alot of insider tips on neat places to visit and great places to eat. All of the elements of the trip were perfectly planned out when necessary - the accomodations were one of a kind. Highly recommend using IrishTourism to plan your Ireland vacation.

We just came back from a train tour around Ireland and we couldn’t be more satisfied with schedule, reservations and tours set up by the Irish Tourism group for us. Specially grateful with Nuala Sheedy who was our agent and listened all our needs. Travel by our own was easy and enjoyable. The tours in each City were well organized and covered all that we wanted to visit. Highly recommended!

Niamh was so knowledgeable and responsive. One of her recommendations, a storyteller at the Stags Head pub in Dublin on our first night, set the tone for our entire 14 days. Irish lore wove its way through the sights: Cliffs of Mohr, Dingle peninsula, behind the scenes tour at Jameson {Midleton} with only two other (father/daughter} attendee's. Killarney castle, Cobh, Slea Head Drive, Ring of Kerry, Yeats, Sligo (my great grandmother's birthplace), Laugh Inagh Drive, and Kylemore abbey. Dublin was Book of Kells, Trinity College tour, Guinness House tour, Kilkainham Gaul and Jameson tasting Bow Street. No question was too trivial (parking), and recommendations (food) spot on. She even researched beach pop up sauna’s. Niamh made every aspect of our trip comfortable and enjoyable.

Our experience with Irish Tourism was fantastic from start to finish. Niamh Butler set up the perfect 7 day self drive tour for my husband, myself and our 2 friends. She set our car rental up with Hertz, and set up our bed and breakfast and hotel accommodations as well. Every chosen place was top notch with amazing service. Also, Niamh sent us an itinerary with several different choices of places to visit. We were able to research the places ahead of time and decide what we wanted to do. We had checked in to other Irish tour packages and are so grateful we chose Irish tourism. Everything was perfect and the price was affordable compared to others. Without hesitation I would recommend Irish Tourism and in particular Niamh Butler.

I booked a 5-night self-driving tour around Ireland with my mum for my 30th birthday -- and it was perfect! The locations were stunning, the hotels were impeccable, and Niamh was so helpful from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better trip. Thank you Niamh and Irish Tourism! :)

Our recent trip to Ireland was nothing short of extraordinary, and we owe it entirely to Niamh and the wonderful team at Irish Tourism. From the very first email, Niamh’s patience, professionalism, and kindness shone through. She guided us through every step of planning with genuine care — answering our endless questions, accommodating every change (and there were many!), and crafting an itinerary that captured everything we dreamed of and more.

Every hotel, tour, and transfer was perfectly arranged. We never once had to worry about logistics — all we had to do was enjoy Ireland’s breathtaking beauty. From Dublin’s vibrant streets to the serene majesty of Killarney and the rugged charm of the Wild Atlantic Way, every moment was seamless.

We particularly enjoyed being able to travel by train. Our time spent away from tourist spots, gliding through the beautiful Irish countryside, viewing stone walls, thatched-roofed cottages, the occasional castle wall, and a zillion sheep was a dream come true. And then there were the Irish breakfasts!!

What truly set this experience apart was Niamh’s personal touch. She listened. She understood what mattered most to us — and she made it happen. Her warmth and attention to detail turned a vacation into a deeply meaningful journey.

We returned home with our hearts full, our memories overflowing, and our gratitude boundless. Thank you, Niamh and Irish Tourism, for creating the trip of a lifetime. We can’t wait to return.

Very good communication with Nuala, who went beyond our needs and expectations. Hotels and tours were marvelous. No problems or complaints, except for a day of poor inter-city bus service (no fault of hers). Would highly recommend Irish Tourism. They deliver!

Our trip-coordinator Stephanie was amazing. She was beyond helpful with answering my questions and helping my mom and I plan our chauffeur driven tour if Ireland. Our driver Donal was fantastic. We took their wonderful suggestions and worked them into our trip. Donal even went above and beyond when we ended up at a B&B that didn't offer dinner and we had no way of getting to the closest town since the car left with him at the end of the day. On his own time he drove us into town and waited while we had dinner then drove us back to the B&B. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have eaten that night.

The timing at each location was perfect - Dublin, Kilkenny, Killarney and Doolin. The hotels and B&B’s were also great - with all staff very helpful. We especially liked Killarney at the Scott’s Hotel and made recommendations to other travelers about that. We had some uncertainty about the car rental, but Nuala told us what we needed (we are over 75) and it worked out for Avis - which is my preferred rental anyway.

My friend and I planned 4 years to ago to go to Ireland to celebrate our 50th Birthdays. Our original plan was to book our own accommodations/car rental. We knew the destinations where we wanted to go but as time quickly approached, we looked into Irish Tourism for help. I sent an email, and Stephanie was quick to respond, keep in mind it was a 6-hour time difference. I provided her with where we wanted to go in our 12-day travel and preferred 3–5-star accommodations with 1 castle stay and possibly BB. Within the week she had us an itinerary and we could choose hiring a driver or them booking our car for us to explore on our own. We were able to make changes with ease. She provided us with vouchers for each of our accommodations, a detailed route of what we could explore via our chosen route, and presentation was easy to read/follow. If we called/emailed there was no delay in response. Our recommendation is to hire the driver! It takes the stress out, so you are able to enjoy! and you learn ALOT from them as well! He was flexible with our itinerary (which we didn’t really have one). He had so many suggestions/options to offer for us each day dependent on weather. He even got us in on a Sunrise kayak tour out of Bantry. We have been recommending Irish Tourism to all of our friends. It was seamless from the time they picked us up from Dublin Airport to when we went home. Book the trip! Reach out to Irish Tourism for your travel! Hire a driver! Sit back relax, enjoy what Ireland has to offer.

We used Irish Tourism and Nuala from their team to plan out and book our 10 day Ireland trip. It was our first trip abroad with kids. They did a fantastic job of creating a well paced and clearly delineated itinerary. They followed our requests and instructions and made changes and updates until it was just what we wanted. The hotels and inns we were booked in were high end, well run and tidy. I would recommend them for all of these reasons plus great communication and customer service.

Irish tourism was great. I am not good with tech and they helped me work through that and listened to what I wanted to do on my trip and made suggestions and planed the whole thing for us. Maria Lieb was the person we worked with and she went so far as to lineup. Irish shows with dancing for us and a castle stay and everything worked out perfectly from beginning to end. She was a real credit to her company, and I would definitely use them again because of her.

My experience with Irish Tourism was wonderful. Linda helped me plan an incredible trip. Her expertise helped choose the best places to stay and itinerary. She was very responsive and knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. Our driver, Robbie, made our travels through the country less stressful. He knew how to navigate the roads and show us the sights. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if I return to Ireland. They made the trip planning easy and the experience in Ireland unforgettable.

We are from New Zealand. We have been to UK and Europe on multiple occasions over 50 years but had never been to Ireland. We wished to do a self drive tour taking in Southern and Northern Ireland. Irishtourism.com and Linda Larkin put together a suggested itinerary for 2 weeks and outlined options for accommodation from B& Bs to 3 or 4 star hotels. Very quickly we had a tour planned with any questions answered promptly. We travelled clockwise Dublin to Dublin in August and had a wonderful visit having undertaken many of the activities suggested by the Irish Tourism Group. The hotels and lodges chosen for us were exceptional, representing great value for money.
Irishtourism.com took all the stress out of organising the trip in the peak of summer.
Overall we loved Ireland and the people we met. We even had our first swim in the Atlantic Ocean at Rossnowlagh. The trip was a varied mix of country and city which we enjoyed. Our stay in the Titanic hotel and visit to the Titanic museum was especially memorable.
