The clothes at Iris are lovely and I have been a customer for many years. Their returns customer service definitely needs reviewing and improving. Emailed, rang and filled out an online form from their website but still no response. Not the kind of service that is expected of a good quality boutique like Iris.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE I NEVER GOT MY PACKAGE IS A SCAM IS FALSE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!

The customer service has no response after I've received a wrong size item, I did not receive any refund or exchange. Very bad service.

Extremely overpriced. Very unwelcoming. Couldn’t believe the prices on some of the home decor products. And the clothes didn’t appear to be great quality. Didn’t spoil a nice afternoon in Hampstead with friends who live locally but would never go in there again. Shame when so many shops are so nice and welcoming.

Ordered some garden membrane with holes prominent through. Saw on Facebook. No sign of the order. No email to say delay. Poor service.

Don't purchase from this company unless you want to be spammed with marketing material. I have asked 3 times to be removed from all marketing material and despite being assured that I've been removed, I still receive pamphlets through the post. I regret purchasing from this company in 2022.

I shop locally at Iris and have mostly been pleased by my purchases. The staff are lovely in the Barnes shop and very approachable. I’m really disappointed to read about the refund situation with the company that others have experienced. They have a policy that if they don’t have a garment in a particular store they’ll bring it in from another but you have to buy it. I’ve turned this down in the past and now glad I did.
My beef is different. Nine months ago I bought a pollo neck jumper, not too fitted, not swamping either. Within three days it had bobbled so badly it looked terrible, I’ve never had a jumper wear so badly. I think it’s a wool and cashmere blend. I have to debobble it every time I wear it. For £250 it’s bad value. I’ll never buy their own brand knitwear again.

Jeg bestilte varer derfra omkring jul, og pengene for varerne blev hurtigt trukket fra min konto. Jeg har endnu ikke fået min varer. Hvis jeg skulle være så heldig at få dem, er leveringstiden alt for lang. Jeg har forstået, at de skulle være sendt fra Kina, men jeg tvivler.

Such a shame, this is a shop who until now I’ve loved ordering their clothes but this is the first time I’ve had to send something back and they will not process a refund or get back to me, order with caution! I certainly won’t again !

Kan absolut ikke anbefale at handle her. Bestilte tøj d. 2. Januar 2023. Penge er trukket 3. Januar 2023. Jeg har intet modtaget. Har haft kontakt med firma og de siger at varen er på vej 🥵

Har nu ventet 1 mdr. på mit tøj.
Skrev til dem for at annulleret ordren men det kunne ikke lade sig gøre.
Spurgte så hvornår de forventede at det dukkede op.
Det har de slet ikke svaret på.
Har nu fået min vare som ikke passede. Ville sende retur men det kan man ikke og nu svarer de slet ikke på mine mail😡

Worst ever !!! Stay away ! Cloths are not like advertised. And you won't get a refund !! Don't buy anything

The worst ever…. OMG the fabric is awful , just horrible and the same as many people no refund. The picture does not have anything to do with the real thing. I place the order on Oct 20/2022.

Item came quite quickly but returns were not free (which puts Iris out of kilter with similar retailers). They were also slow to acknowledge email and then refund.

My package has been sent to a wrong address and I never received my £250 order. Iris customer service are denying all responsibility in this and they have left me alone.

I was disgusted with the customer service here and the company values as a whole. My mum is exempt from wearing a mask and she carries a exemption card with her in case she is asked to show it. Now keeping in mind I had my mask on, the shop assistants began whispering between one another and looking at my mum. I thought they’d come up, ask if she was unable to wear one and accept that she was exempt after my mum explained. After my mum had said she was exempt we were told that they cannot let her in the shop because it’s an independent establishment and the head office has set these rules out. This is illegal and discrimination. I suggest this company reevaluate their values and research the law before they lose more business. I won’t be shopping here ever again.

Bought a dress the zip broke after trying it on to send the item back i had to pay my own returns of special delivery as this was stated to get a refund the postage is next day that was tuesday they had accepted the return however ive not been paid my £165 back i've sent emails phonecalls to no reply so ive had to go through my bank via claim back to get that money back

I placed an order with Iris through TopCashBack in October 2019 and I'm still waiting for the cash back of £15:54. It has been confirmed. I've placed several orders with Iris in the past and have always been happy with the speed of delivery and quality of their own brand but won't be ordering again due to the non-payment of promised cash back.
