Erica Arrighi provided exceptional customer service! When my first choice was unavailable, she suggested other colors in the same style. Then, she found a similar color in a different style that is absolutely perfect! Great communication throughout. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

A hidden gem in Florence
A hidden gem among all of the leather shops in Florence, this one feels like a genuine one. the 2 owners are offering a good customer service and a pleasant buying experience. I'm glad I have passed their door during my holidays.
