I’m still not over our wedding day & I don’t think I can quite find the words to explain how incredible it was. From booking the wedding to the night it finished I can’t thank Ionian weddings enough! Everyone says it’s the best day of your life and you nod because you know it will be, but I don’t think I realised just how it will be everything and more. We got married 21.06.25 in Santorini at Santo Winery & Pyrgos Restaurant and there hasn’t been a day since I haven’t looked at all the photos or wished I could do it all again! You are putting all your trust in these guys (for 2 1/2 year in our case) to plan every minute of your special day and I am so glad I picked them! We booked completely blind, we hadn’t seen any of the venues beforehand & maybe this made it more special on the day. From booking with Lucy who was so helpful with the packages, we were then passed over to Rachel late 2024 to really start the planning process. Everything is so straightforward with the brochures but my mind was a web of questions and Rachel was simply amazing, always quick to reply to any email no matter how silly the question and really made the whole process a walk in the park! There is still some apprehension as we’d never been there but when we arrived in Santorini two days before the wedding we met with Voula & Giannis and they made any last minute worries we had disappear, they had things I didn’t even think of & the day could not have ran smoother and this is all down to everyone involved at Ionian Weddings, it really was our dream wedding, more than we could have imagined or wished for and I would book with these guys again in a heartbeat. We could not have done this without you, I will never get over it I just keep replaying the day in my head.

We decided to book our wedding through Ionian weddings after reading reviews and researching the company, we were not disappointed. Our wedding planner Rachel was lovely, she guided us through everything and what i loved about her is she was very honest, if she felt we didn’t need something she would say- rather than waste money on unnecessary things. It was a very stress free experience. Liz the wedding coordinator in Greece was just amazing, you could tell that she really cared about our special day.
We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. It was everything we dreamed of.

It has always been our dream to get married in Santorini, Greece, and we can't thank Ionian Weddings enough for making our Wedding Day dream come true! Rachel Jackson, our dedicated wedding planner, has been absolutely superb throughout, responsive to all of our questions and attentive to our needs as a couple. Everything was planned to a tee, and for someone who is a bit of a control freak, I honestly didn't have to worry about anything on the day, apart from showing up and saying yes! :D

The views, the food, the venue, the staff...it was everything we wanted and more!

We chose Thermes Luxury Villas as our venue and it was just perfect for not only the Wedding Day, but for making precious memories with our family and friends in the final days leading up to the big day. In Italy, we were fortunate to have Serena as our local wedding planner. We knew we wanted to get married in Sorrento and had already picked the locations but beyond that had no clue where to start. We picked Ionian as they had great reviews, were so quick to respond and they worked with the venues we wanted! As soon as we booked with them, they took over and really sorted everything. No one could believe how relaxed we were about wedding planning and we kept saying it was because our wedding planners were sorting it all. We had Maria as our UK wedding planner and she was absolutely fab - so quick to reply and no question/concern was ever a problem! In Italy we had the absolute pleasure of working with Anna - she really matched our vibe of keeping things relaxed and not stressed/intense/panicky yet the day still went by PERFECTLY without a hitch. Anna was absolutely amazing and we were so glad she was part of our day - every time we seen her she had a big smile and we instantly felt relaxed. Our day was everything we could have wanted and we would not change one thing about it, all thanks to Ionian and the incredible team of planners who brought everything together. We could not recommend them enough, thank you so, so much!

Couldn't be happier with our experience with Ionian weddings. We are American and heard via another friend who also used their service. Overall a great experience planning and executing our wedding in Santorini. Rachel and team did a great job working with us across time zones and responding and planning efficiently. We then had local wedding coordinators who took over for the day of, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless. Many of our US based friends commented how well this wedding went was coordinated and how little went wrong along the way. Huge kudos to Rachel and our planners and friends at Ionian weddings. We booked our wedding in Kefalonia through Ionian Weddings and we are so pleased that we did. The experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. Emma was great and very supportive in the lead up and Dimitra who was our wedding coordinator in Kefalonia was just amazing. Everything was executed seamlessly and exactly how we had imagined. From the very start, I have to admit we were nervous and unsure about how everything would come together. Planning a wedding is such an important and sometimes overwhelming journey, and trusting a team to help you bring your vision to life can feel daunting. But from the moment we began working with this incredible team, all our worries started to melt away. Our UK wedding planner Maria has been absolutely fantastic. She was always incredibly quick to communicate and responded promptly to every question and email. Her clear, thorough, and supportive replies made us feel well looked after and reassured at every stage. Maria’s professionalism and attention to detail helped make the entire planning process feel much less stressful, and we truly appreciated how she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.

Our wedding coordinator Serena has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, she answered every question with patience, warmth, and thoroughness. One of the most special moments was meeting Serena in person during our visit to Italy. We had the most perfect wedding day all thanks to Ionian Weddings and the wedding team over in Skiathos. We were originally supposed to get married during Covid, unfortunately our wedding got postponed twice. We finally had our special day on the 05/06/25 and it was everything we could have ever dreamed of. We had a few different wedding planners from Ionian Weddings over the years, but they have all been absolutely amazing. Also wanted to thank the team over in Skiathos who brought our vision to life, George, Nick, Despina and everyone else involved in our wedding. Ionian Weddings made our dream destination wedding a reality! From the start, our UK planner Emma was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and always responsive — she even provided photo examples whenever we needed, which made planning virtually so much easier. On the big day, Serena was an amazing coordinator: knowledgeable about the venue, perfectly handling all the vendors and timelines so we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking, the food and cake were delicious, and every detail was beautifully executed. For anybody reading and wondering, we got married in Rhodes at St Paul’s Chapel then enjoyed a boat cruise to our wedding reception at Skala Beach Restaurant.
