I had my first EMS session day and loved it. The Studio is new and well equipped. The staff were really professional and listened to what I wanted to achieve, before explaining how the equipment worked. Martin was brilliant, taking the time to ensure my first experience of EMS was tailored to me and comfortable. Simple exercises backed-up by an easy to follow video, gave me a full body workout in 20 minutes. Thank you to the IONBODY team, I loved it and will be back. I really recommend this place.

The staff are lovely and genuinely caring. The studio is new and well appointed and has good free parking outside the door. The EMS session was fully explained and controlled and the pre-session body assessment machine is eye-opening. It calibrates your bodies mass, muscle-tone, fat and other factors. I would highly recommend this has a form of body training.

I was nervous about stepping through the door as I had no idea what to expect, From the beginning all staff were friendly and relaxed, They explained the whole process clearly.
Ive had a number of sessions now and Im seeing the benefits

my shoulder I asked Ion Body for help with adjusting my training regime. Martin demonstrated and coached me in stretching excises and using the correct posture during training. After one session I could feel a reduction in the pain in my shoulder.

I have been having sessions with Martin now and can honestly say I can't believe how much fitter and stronger I feel. His passion to improve your long term health and strength is amazing and he has really helped me to focus and push me to achieve my fitness goals. I would highly recommend Martin and his team. I wasn’t totally sure what Ion Body was all about at first, but I’d heard great things from people at my Pilates class so decided to give it a go. I’ve now had four sessions and can really feel my muscle tone and strength improving each time. I definitely feel it the next day and can’t wait to see how my results progress over the next few months!

I’m 3 sessions in on the foundation program and love the experience. I’m doing it to strengthen my back but get a whole body work out and the boost of endorphins you get from an hour in the gym. It’s a strange experience but really effective, I love it and it’s helping my back pain too.

I’ve been struggling with my weight which has been effecting my joints. I attended for the trial with Martin, and he explained what EMS does and the potential benefits for me. He also spent time helping me understand about weight loss and gave me confidence to push myself. The trial session was hard work, and I really exerted myself, it was also enjoyable and I felt I had achieved something. I am booked in for the 6 week course and am really looking forward to learning more, achieving my goals, the hard work and enjoying myself in the process.

After recovering from a back injury, losing muscle mass, and not knowing where to start, the EMS sessions have really helped me feel like I'm doing a targeted workout to rebuild. The weekly scans also help to keep you motivated and see visible progress, plus Samantha, Charlotte and the team are all fantastic. I'm 4 out of 6 weeks in so far and definitely going to book more after that! Highly recommend!

I started with ION BODY 3 weeks ago after a consolation with Samantha, I was very weary about what this could do for me and if it would work for me, but I gave it ago and I’m so glad I did I’ve just finished my third visit and do I feel good as an ex body builder the feeling you get after a training session feels amazing feeling your muscles ache mowing you’ve worked them good well that’s the feeling I’m getting every day after my session on a Monday morning I’m still feeling the benefits on the Friday, I’ve work with Samantha and Martin and they are very nice and very knowledgable and professional, I told them what I want to achieve from this and I gotta say only three weeks in it’s working perfectly, and not only that the pains I had in my lower back and elbows from golf have gone too, I strongly recommend anyone out there to give this ago you will not be disappointed.

We’d never heard of Ion Body Armour until today. My husband suffers tremendous pain in his shoulder, and was sceptical when he saw the product at the Strathmore Highland Show.
A mother and son who ran the stall, and helped us, were extremely knowledgeable, and explained to my husband and I, how it worked, demonstrating the effect it would have on the pain he was suffering by wearing a wristband. The pain relief was instant! My husband was shocked and delighted at the same time. I suffer neck pain due to arthritis, and couldn’t rotate my head much, but again I was shown the positive impact on me, after I wore a wristband. My granddaughter suffers from growing pain in both knees along with anxiety. We also purchased one for her, especially after seeing that she was able to bend her knees fully, because she hadn’t been able to do that for so long. I’d definitely recommend purchasing an Ion Body Armour wristband to anyone suffering pain

I am about to do my 5th session and really enjoying them so far! It is quite a different experience, however both Sam and Charlotte explained everything well and made me feel comfortable. My main aim is to strengthen my back and to tone and build muscle and I have already seen some changes. Looking forward to even more.

I’m starting my second lot of sessions with Martin at the Garforth studio, to help support recovery from a knee injury. The sessions have really helped with my ability to train with limited mobility in my knee. I’ll be continuing to train with EMS after my knee replacement too.

After four weeks at Ion Body with my partner, we’re absolutely loving the results! The EMS strength training is wonderful. We’ve noticed an increase in muscle strength, overall energy and improvements in our body composition,.
The staff are really knowledgeable, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps us motivated. Very transformative. Highly recommend!

I have been experiencing back and shoulder pain for over 15 years now. It has taken a toll on me daily and I felt so deflated that I will live like this for the rest of my life. I met Yoshi in lakeside who introduced me to IONS, I was sceptical but after a short trial the pain had basically gone! I instantly invested in the product and have been using it daily to help take the pain away. It’s relaxing and curing. I’m so happy me and my mum have both invested in this! Thank you!
