I was initially quite anxious with choosing Iolla. I have been used to forking out a huge amount for my glasses and I came to believe that I wouldnt find quality anywhere else if they were cheaper.

That is now utter rubbish! The service and speed they have provided has restored my confidence and I am very happy with their products. My eyesight has gotten quite bad so to find out I can save so much money now is a real relief! Buying glasses is now much more fun! Thankyou!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel relaxed while selecting my frame.
Pleasant and comfortable surroundings.
Frames need to be more robust, as I have to keep going back to the store to have then readjusted, as they easily bend out of shape.

Great place to buy new glasses, at a fraction of the price of opticians choices.
Team are friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about lenses, glasses and prescriptions.

Always excellent service in Manchester - had 2 pairs of prescription glasses and sunglasses and great quality.

6* would be added as my prescription is super high (-8.0/-7.5) and thinner lenses are included in the standard price.

Went into the shop after looking online. The lady was wonderful and really helpful. I had my little girl with me and she was helping to but the lady at the store let me try on as many as I wanted ( big purchase after all) and made sure I was happy. She fitted me and did my PD all whilst my 3 year old kept interrupting she had patience of a saint. She got them sent to my house as I live far from the closest one but if I had an issues with my specs I would go down and feel comfortable to have them fit them to my face etc

Jasmine in store at Manchester was outstanding as was Becky offering online support. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company. Their glases are fab quality and I have never received this level of support in store in any other brand. Jas really is engaged in your dilemmas and has great knowledge, again not seen that level of product knowledge wrt lenses in other stores. Have recommended to my partner.

Good service free delivery which was good.

The service I received from the staff member was fantastic. She gave me the space to look at the designs myself and she made recommendations based on my needs - I am very short sighted and I ended up picking the Paterson design in clear.
I didn't feel like the staff member was trying to upsell or to pressure me to buy. The process was very quick and I was amazed at the cost for the glasses including lens. Usually I pay upwards of £300 for thinning down the lens for my glasses.
Finally I was very happy to find out that Iolla is a Scottish company.

Ordering was straighforward. The glasses are lovely. However, they don't fit my face, which is always a risk when ordering on line. But there isn't a showroom near me. Went up to Bury to visit my bro in law and so travelled in to Manchester to visit the show room and get them adjusted, it was closed! On a Saturday! Really not good enough. Now I have to wait for a guide to be sent to me to adjust myself. Not that happy about that.
