Not as expensive as you would think being in St James Quarter

Generally good all-round experience
Generally good all-round experience, the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is cos they don't do polarized lenses for sunglasses so they're not a 1-stop shop if you want that.
Staff were helpful and not at all pushy.
Once I'd ordered the frames, delivery would've been 3 days but I opted to shift the delivery day (which was straightforward with Royal Mail Tracked).

Really pleased with my new specs. Great quality and fit very well. Impressive range of frames that actually suited me- a rare thing!

5 stars all round! I won't be buying glasses from an opticians ever again. I had so many frames to choose from and fantastic customer service. I needed my pupil height measurements taken alongside the usual PD measurements and the lenses are perfectly centered. Upon first trying the glasses, they weren't, but the assistant was able to move the nose pads to sit on the correct position and that fixed the problem right away. She made a note of it against my file so that if I found after a week they still weren't right, they could be redone for me, which I very much appreciated. I'll be buying another pair from them very soon as I'm so impressed.
