Very good company to purchase from.

Very good company to purchase from and fab customer service from Emma.
Unfortunately when the item arrived I realised it was not suitable for me, and when I contacted Customer Service, Emma was extremely helpful and understanding. She understood why I needed to return the item and made sure my return was processed. She told me she would deal with the refund, so I am just now waiting for that.

Exceptional support from Emma—truly went above and beyond!

I recently had a very stressful experience where a return I sent back was wrongly delivered to the incorrect address. I was quite distressed about the situation, as it felt like the return was lost through no fault of my own.
​I got in touch with the Inzys support team and was lucky enough to deal with Emma. She was absolutely wonderful. Even though the delivery error wasn't the company's fault, Emma showed incredible empathy and offered to refund me anyway just to put my mind at ease.
​It is so rare to find a company—and a support agent—that prioritizes customer happiness over strict technicalities. Emma turned a nightmare situation into a positive one. I can't recommend Inzys enough! Thank you so much!!

Great customer service, I contacted the team with a query and they were swiftly in touch to resolve the problem.

Inzys shiatsu back and neck pillow massager gives relief for tight muscles

The inzy shaitsu neck and back pillow massager has relaxed my muscles in neck and upper back after its first use.
I am very happy with the results.
I will be using it often.
Although it took evri 2 weeks to deliver I am overall very satisfied.
Emma at customer service for inzy company answered and responded quickly with my emails.
Will be looking forward to making purchase again from them

I have just ordered the red light…

I have just ordered the red light therapy belt from this company after receiving support from their customer service to clarify questions. It feels good to know that I am ordering from a UK based company with such accessible customer service that responded quickly and fully to all my questions and even readily offered to look at clarifying the description of the product as I was confused about the difference between infra-red and red light elements of the device. Really good customer service and I am looking forward to receiving my product.

I’m thrilled with my Red Light Therapy…

I’m thrilled with my Red Light Therapy Mat! From start to finish, the service has been incredible. Emma and the whole Inzys team have been amazing, so friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the process. They really made me feel valued as a customer.

The mat itself is fantastic. I’m so pleased with my purchase that I’ll definitely be ordering again. It’s rare to receive such excellent customer care these days, and I can’t recommend Inzys enough. Huge thanks to Emma and the entire team.

Excellent service

Bought inzys cold laser red light therapy device, excellent product and made a difference within a few days with my knee pain. Will continue to use as and when needed to relieve my knee pain. Excellent product information and delivery was quick and efficient.

I purchased a red light therapy device… wonderful product and exceptional customer service

I purchased a red light therapy device to use on my knee earlier this year. It helped immensely in reducing pain and swelling so I suggested to my daughter that she should try it to relieve pain in her elbow and forearm. She was instantly impressed with the results so I decided to purchase another device as a Christmas present for her so that she can have it available in her own home. I then sat back and waited for it to arrive. However over a week passed and although I had received notification that the package had been shipped it failed to show up and the tracking app wasn’t giving any updates. Becoming concerned that the item had gone astray I sent an email to Inzy’s early on Sunday evening hoping to receive a reply within a day or two. Within half an hour Spencer responded and said that the package was definitely in transit and I should receive it very shortly. He also reassured me that should the item not arrive within the next couple of days he would personally post another directly to me by next day delivery. I was so incredibly impressed with the response and cannot commend the Customer Service enough. As it happened, the original package arrived the very next day as Spencer had expected but the response I received from him to relieve my concerns was exceptional. Well done to the team at Inzy’s and a big Thank you to Spencer.
