horrible scam site that seems legit. placed an order without realizing no actual customer service exists..luckily it was only 25 bucks. live and learn i guess. after a week i never got any shipping info
What I can say is INVICTASTRAPS.COM is absolutely the best I've dealt with for invicta parts. Invicta when bought out by the American conglomerate obviously had no intention of carrying on the quality watches Invicta used to build. That being said INVICTASTRAPS.COM delivers on whatever they have in stock in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Product support from the modern Invicta company is let's just say less than stellar. I have over 80 Invicta watches ranging from the 1950s to present day. I have many that are Swiss made and can't get any parts for from Invicta because of the VERY POOR product support. I have bought many items from Invicta Straps and if they have the parts/bands I get them from Europe in very reasonable time at a very reasonable price. Not so with anything from the "New" Invicta Watch Group.
Defective product and awful customer support.
I ordered an Invicta watch band replacement as a gift for my boyfriend. One of the pieces came broken and the entire band broke in half the same day. I reached out requesting a replacement and they said they would send one. Nothing arrived. No further attempts to communicate regarding this matter were successful.
