Stood out from the rest
I contacted a couple of brokers when I initially became interested in investing in the UAE. The service I had from Invicta stood out from the others. They understood my needs as an investor, provided data and talked through my options. As a first time investor they put me at ease.
I look forward to investing in a second property, in the near future!

Now having secured my third off-plan…
Now having secured my third off-plan property with Invicta, I can confidently say the service and support have only continued to exceed expectations. Henry remains a standout professional. He is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to providing honest advice without ever applying pressure. His approach continues to give me full confidence in the decisions I make.
What has been equally impressive is the ongoing support from Lily, who has been incredibly helpful with regular updates and all the smaller but important details that come with purchasing off-plan property. Her attention to detail and consistent communication have made the experience even smoother.
From the very beginning of my property journey to now owning three off-plan properties in Dubai, the Invicta team has been there every step of the way. They are reliable, professional, and always make themselves available when needed. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to invest, whether it is your first purchase or your third.

Great team
Lilliana, Hadya, Henry and the rest of the Invicta team were very helpful in finding and facilitating my investment in Dubai. They kept me up to date with how the building was progressing and helped with administrative side so that everything moved along well. They also had great recommendations for other people to talk to and put me in contact with property managers and furniture providers.

Excellent service
Super experience with Hadya. Thoughtful tailored advice throughout. Hadya guided me towards a property investment in the UAE which has already seen a material increase in price only a year on. Unlike other estate agents, she is balanced, genuinely knows her market and is extremely responsive. Highly recommended.
