On arrival the “Handyman” wasn’t happy when I asked him to wear shoe covers, house had just been re-carpeted! 3 of 5 light switches put on upside down, wallpaper damaged around 1 socket & 1 light switch. 1 door needed planed, all shavings left scattered around front of house, didn’t clean up, this is a service they pride themselves on according to their website. Asked for a receipt to be sent for payment of £500 paid in cash which I never received, followed up with email & 4 months later still waiting! Costly mistake by me to trust company claiming excellent services only to receive a sub-standard service by what I can only describe as a very ‘dour’ faced person less than happy to engage & constantly answering calls whilst carrying out the work in my home!!!!

The front door of the flat was sticking and the lock was broken. The man came, showed his expertise in solving the front door issues, and fixed these issues very quickly. He even cleaned the floor after processing the wooden door frame which was not expected by me. Overall, the person is really nice and professional and I would definitely recommend this company if you need to repair the front door in your flat.
