Asiakaspalvelun kanssa mahdoton asioida muuten kuin kirjeitse, joiden kulku kestää viikkoja. Nettisivustolle kirjautuminen ei useimmiten toimi. Puhelimitse voi ottaa yhteyttä vain, jos käyttää älypuhelinta. Näppäinpuhelimella mahdoton tunnistautua: puhelinpalvelu kun vaatii tunnistautumiseen mobiilivarmenteen tai "kätevän tekstiviestillä saamasi" nettilinkin kliksuttelua.

Varmaan kertyy enemmän bonuksia ja optioita pukuportaalle, kun on leikattu asiakaspalvelu pois palkkakuluja kasvattamasta.

DNA & Intrum: A predatory system that sues you for paid bills

I am writing this to warn others about the "system failure" at DNA. I have been a customer, but I was shocked to find myself served with a court summons (Helsinki District Court Case E 26/4100) for a debt that DNA admitted was already zero.
​I contacted DNA Customer Service, and they confirmed in writing: "As far as DNA is concerned, the invoices have been paid, and you currently have no outstanding invoices". Despite this confirmation, DNA allowed their collection partner, Intrum Oy, to continue legal action against me.
​When I reached out to resolve this, DNA simply pushed the responsibility to Intrum, and Intrum refused to cancel the court case unless I paid an additional €198.63 in collection and legal fees—fees for a debt that the original creditor said didn't exist.
​I am forced to pay these fees today just to protect my credit record from a "payment default" mark, even though DNA’s own staff confirmed my balance was clear. This feels like a scam where the left hand doesn't talk to the right, and the customer is the one who pays the price.
​I didn't check DNA’s 1.25-star rating on Trustpilot before joining, but after being sued for a bill I already paid, I completely understand why it is so low. Avoid this provider if you value your peace of mind and your credit score.

Intrumin asiakaspalvelu ja tiedonkulku on olematonta ja välinpitämätöntä. Yritykselläni oli asiakaspalvelusopimus jonka laitoin poikki vaikka olin jo maksanut sen koko vuodelle. Kesti kauan ennen kuin vastasivat viesteihin, joita lähetin useita. Puhelut myös katkeavat, eivätkä soita takaisin. Selvisi että eivät maksa myöskään palauta palvelumaksua mutta pääsin ainakin irti sopimuksesta. 3 kuukautta kesti saada tämä asiani eteenpäin.

Asiakaspalveluun soittaessa täytyy varautua mitä omituisempiin tietojen antoon valitsemalla numeroita. Välillä antaen tietoja puhumalla. Sitten jos ja kun saa oikean ihmisen vastaamaan niin olisi todella mukavaa saada oikeaa asiakaspalvelua kysyttyihin yksinkertaisiin kysymyksiin. Kysyin että kauan menee että suoritus näkyy heillä kun lasku on maksettu alkuperäisellä laskulla ja milloin mahdollisesti saisin tietää mahdolliset kulut ja korot. Laskuja oli useita. Asiahan ei selvinnyt ja jään nyt odottamaan heiltä erillistä loppulaskua.

Oleellisin palaute on, että pyrkimyksissä välttämään tätä törkeän rahastuksen hallintayhtiötä, on myös välttää yhtiöitä, jotka käyttävät Intrumin palveluja, kuten Helen - sähköyhtiö.

Huonoin palvelu!! Asiakaspalvelua ei ole käytännössä ollenkaan! Kotiin tullut lasku kesti niin kauan, että epähuomiossa maksoin vanhan uudestaan. Kirjauduin omaintrumiin, jossa näkyi poistettu summa, mutta silti iso punainen nappi 'maksa nyt'. Yritys väittää, että viestejä voi lähettää omilta sivuilta. Heillä ei ole laskussa tai ohjelmistossa sähköpostiosoitetta asiakaspalveluun, eikä chattia.
- Mobiili sovellus ei anna missään mahdollisuutta lähettää viestiä.
- Yritin muuttaa laskut sähköpostiin, mutta applikaatio ei pystynyt lataamaan sivua, jossa sen voisi muuttaa.
- Jonotin asiakaspalveluun 30 min ja lopulta luovutin.
Eli jo hoidettu tapaus on nyt sitten maksettu 2 kertaa enkä saa ko. Firmaan edes yhteyttä.

I guess this company is a licence to print money - good news for investors, specially since the actually tasks they do do need human being - a dumb machine is fully sufficient.

I guess corporations need debt collectors - but this lot goes for highway robbery. Demands for money are either posted so late or with the slowest postal service available that they invariably arrive AFTER the due date. Payment at that stage is futile - they will haunt people even though their customers will have received the outstanding money and even though they received their cut.
This is why I think they only employ robots - because human staff surely can read and put two and two together?My advice: complain to the company who you owe money or contact the ombudsman to report this lot: kuluttajariita
