Into traffic customer experience

My previous review was removed. I assume Trustpilot is a platform that values customer feedback, so I would like to share my experience again.
Like the reviewer below, I also experienced payment-related issues. I purchased a lesson package in April and became a customer at that time. Unfortunately, the agreed arrangements were not honored.
The owner informed me that I would receive a refund, but to this day I have still not received my refund of approximately €3,600.
I am sharing my personal experience with Into Traffic because it is similar to the experience described by the reviewer below.
