They replaced our airbed that leaked

We purchased a airbed but it leaked from the beginning. The customer service was exceptional. Their process was confusing. But then their customer service was exceptional again helping me through it. Got the new bed, no problems. I will continue to buy their products.

Intex SX 2100 control panel broken

I have an Intex SX2100 pump and sandfilter. The control panel buttons will not turn the pump on, I cant set the timer. It is dead. The control panel has a 4 prong plug that plugs into the pump wiring. Only two screws hold it in place on the cover. This is what the problem is. I contacted Intex about purchasing a replacement control panel. They said you have to buy the whole pump. For what is probably less than a $10 part they want me to spend $200 or more for a new pump. They would not work with me at all. Told me to basically have a nice day. I am done with Intex!

Terrible Warranty Policy

The pump that came with the above ground pool failed after about six months of use. After a two hour phone call of going through basic troubleshooting of the pump, they agreed to honor their warranty by sending a refurbished pump. Unfortunately, this refurbished pump also failed after about three months. Their company policy regarding refurbished items is that no warranty applies to any of their refurbished parts. Anyways, based on my experience, I am never buying an Intex product again since now I am stuck with an above ground pool, two broken pumps, and a torn pool cover to complete the package.

I want to clear up a major misunderstanding regarding the parts you received because we actually do not use or keep any refurbished inventory. Every single product and part in our warehouse is brand new, so it is troubling to hear that your replacements failed so quickly. Being stuck with a pool you cannot use is the last thing we want for you.

Good service

After six months, the pump on the twin mattress went out. Intex sent me a secondary pump to install myself. That pump did not work. I asked if they could send me a refund, but since it was purchased through Amazon, they could not. They offered no other remedy, but when I asked if I could get a new mattress replacement, they agreed.

They sent me another brand new mattress within a reasonable amount of time. I’ve been very satisfied.

I had a warranty claim that was handled differently than expected. First claim went well but was canceled within a few weeks, the reason given was that the product was on backorder or not available. I reached out to Intex and redid the warranty claim, and then received an email that the product was no longer available and Intex had chosen a replacement for me. When I contacted them once again I was told that they were shipping me the original product that I had purchased and requested as a replacement.
I received the correct product, but had a few hiccups along the way.

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received I purchased it now mattress back in August of 2025 I had it for about a month when the middle of it bulged up in a bubble and the air would not stay I called the company I reported it I did everything that I was supposed to do to prove that I purchased it and that it was still under warranty through the company I was told that it would be replaced but I never received the replacement

I was able with customer service…

I was able with customer service assistance to get the correct part ordered. But I was more than disappointed I was not able to return the part that was ordered wrong. Its a waste and unfortunate that the company did not budge to accept an unused product never used. Very disappointing.

I bought an air mattress on Amazon by…

I bought an air mattress on Amazon by this brand. It deflated on the first use. I called the brand directly and needed a new mattress for my visiting guest. Customer service was excellent. They didn't even hesitate to replace it at no additional costs (which includes shipping) and it arrived very quickly. THANK YOU!

I have never had a bad experience with Intex. Any problem I've ever had with their equipment they have taken care of with no problem. So far they have been easy to do business with so I will continue to give them my business until that changes. We have had 3 warranty issues resolved with very little complications.

I purchased the Intex Spa

I purchased the Intex Spa. It worked for a few days and never got it working again. Called customer service who gave me a list of about 1-14 things to do in order VERBALLY. The customer service rep was a bit hard to understand. They would not give a written set of instructions.

Numerous Problems With Hot Tub and Pump

After receiving hot tub, I had to replace filters multiple times every weak. Even after adding the proper chemicals to regulate the alarms kept going off and shutting down machine. After an extended time the pump finally just stopped working. Then, it was hard to get a replacement pump, which came, and it still didn't work either. I never got it to work anymore.

we bought the 12 x 24 intex

we bought the 12 x 24 ..compleat salt set up whole 9 yards...got the ground ready put 9 sheets of the blue foam board down...set up the pool..3 hr...pool got to 1/4 full...boom....leek..was a bad seam....contacted intex..2 wks later got the new liner..box did not look good..took pool down...inst new liner..its full and running....so far so good..

I had a complaint about one of my beds a year ago and customer service said they couldn’t do anything about it which leads me to believe you’re on your own when you purchase anything with the Intex brand

I purchased on Amazon an air mattress

I purchased on Amazon an air mattress. While using it for the first time it lost its air. I noticed that the air pump was leaking air. I called customer service, and after several delays they sent a replacement. To replacement did not fit the mattress and when I requested again, the issue is fixed they delayed it until they could say it passed the warranty.

Our son was diagnosed with ESRD and was…

Our son was diagnosed with ESRD and was having dialysis 3 times a week. He loved to swim and lakes were out of the question, so we purchased an Intel pool for a cleaner environment. We got it up and running, enjoying it daily. He was put on the transplant list and received a donor kidney in 3 days. Shortly after coming home from the hospital our pump quit. 6 months later I found my receipt and called customer service. My rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping me with my warranty claim. I received my new replacement pump in less than a week. I am so pleased with Intel that I will buy Intel products when this pool is done!!
