Super helpful staff that 'go the extra mile'/kilometer, and from a call center located in Australia. A nice change from alternative providers - on both counts!

Longtime Internode customer, and had to review my costs due to financial changes as a result of C19. A short phone call and they provided a mutually acceptable solution. Also, their network is excellent. I've had NBN with them for over 6 years and I have never had to reboot my modem and whenever I've tested the speed, it has maxed out. Can't see me ever changing ISP if they continue like this.

Great support service. Rang to check on options with increasing plan speed. Instead of just putting me on a higher plan i was put through to tech support who assisted in options to assist with getting a better connection which has helped. Was a local who i spoke to who checked line speed etc and found a better way rather than just putting me on a higher plan which wouldn't have helped. 5stars :)

I've been on net for 24-5 years, being with Internode for last 11 years has been best of it. Issues have been VERY rare, and on those occasions when there have been problems the Internode tech support guys have quickly and easily sorted things out.

My friends have continual issues with their ISP but they don't take my advice to switch to 'Node. Don't be like my friends :)

Before I decided on which Inet provider to go with I sort advice from a friend who works in this area. He advised that Internode had purchased more time spread over more subsea cables thus they're able to maintain high speeds during peaks but here was the closer for me, every time I call for tech support I have been speaking with a human within one minute. Sounds simple yes but no one else does it.

I have been with Internode for nearly 20 years and after hearing other peoples experiences with other ISP I'm very very glad I've been looked after by Internode. Any slight issue I've had with the service was fixed so quickly by their great customer service team. I can only give them 10/10 for their help over the years.
I recommend Internode with out Any hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable safe and helpful ISP.

The person I spoke to was polite, very patient & helpful

The connection is excellent. Any problems we have had with our modem get fixed straight away over the phone. Call back system means no waiting on hold, and the help staff are fantastic, and onshore.
The best internet provider I have had, and I will stick with them.

INternode... leaves Telstra in the dust. The support is fast, friendly, and solves the problem or they get back to you.

Internode promptly handled my call regarding an NBN connection problem and it was fixed the next day with a site visit.

The only ISP I would use.

At my old house, they were the only that would help me connect broadband. Even Telstra said they couldn't help me, but Internode put me on a waiting list that no one else even acknowledged existing.

Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. Their tech support has talked me through multiple issues over the years and are always willing to spend the time to help and resolve my issue quickly.

Internode have been my internet provider for well over 10 years. In that time I've never had any major issues and small issues were always solved promptly, letting me know each step of the way what was going on. Other companies come and go but I never find myself wanting to leave Internode. Really happy with them.

Very POOR customer service.
Also very arrogant when they do respond. Especially their South Africa call centre. The Aussies call centre also gives shocking service.
oh and yes the internet speeds are atrocious....haha I almost forgot about the rubbish internet speeds because their service is so bad.

terrible internet speed , lucky to even play youtube, even slow to open a facebook page or even to do the internet speed checker . really we feel quite ripped off , and the now the onus is on us to prove it :(

Shonky organisation! They owe me close to $2,000 as they were charging me double for years. I have been waiting 10 weeks for MY money to be refunded to me. Worse yet, they keep ripping money out of my account!

They have assigned a rep to me who just emails me once a week to say that my claim is being reviewed. He cannot give me a resolution date.

Very, very bad customer service.

Excellent speeds / service / a little pricey but you dont feel robbed, premium service
