Amazing customer service!
I placed an order and needed my stuff in a hurry as am rescuing a small tortoise. I asked for a faster delivery if I paid and it was no issue with them. Got my stuff the following day. However the delivery service lost one of my boxes. As soon as I emailed they sent the stuff out for delivery same day. Will defo be using for all my tortoise stuff from know on.

Delivery was so fast and I was updated the whole time. Such a great service. The crickets arrived alive and there were so many in the box and all in great condition. I am going to try the substrate but it looks fabulous. Such a positive experience all round. Thank you

I ordered some honey sticks for my buddies and after few days received email that “we have cancelled your as per your request and money have been refunded” which I didn’t even know.
I contacted them and come to know that they don’t have in stock WOW what a way to cancel an order, so unprofessional
And I am still waiting for my money back as it have not hit my bank yet. Not a good experience and won’t give them a second chance. Bye for ever

Internet Reptile have a great range of products at competitive prices, & do really fast shipping; keeping one updated. This is important for me, as my work hours make it near impossible for me to be at home for deliveries; so things MUST come on my days off, & due to Internet Reptiles fast dispatch, it's easy for me to calculate for the arrival to be on one of my days off. Also, I ordered a replacement tank for a 6-7 year old one that was just past it's best, so pick up would have been really hard to do due to the weight.

Ordered over £200 worth of items from here. Over two weeks later we are still without the order or a refund.
They claim it was delivered ‘to a safe space’ which the delivery company states was at our front door on full view of everyone on a main road.
Internet reptile are saying it’s nothing to do with them.
So if you order from here, stay in your house from the moment you order until you’ve received your item coz you will get no help if it’s not delivered and they will just abandon the parcel. The delivery company have tried to intimate us and an elderly neighbour, snooping around after we raised the issue, internet reptile do not care.

Internet reptile is my genuine "go to", for all things needed for my scaly family.

Internet Reptile has got their act together. Great products for all your reptile needs. Orders are processed quickly and delivered when they say they will. All the products I have purchased for quite a large collection have arrived on time and packaged for delivery correctly. In all the times I have used Internet Reptile I have not had one problem and that's why they are my go to online supplier. 5 Stars from me.

Tried to initiate a return, was slightly late as I'm disabled and struggle to get out and about.
Emailed as directed with requested details.
Was told I can't return.
I'll only be using this website again now if I really need to.
Customer support could do with improvement.
