I choose connected from the beginning of my college application. They have always been very informative about everything and have helped me on every step to be an international student. The reason i choose connected because i liked how zee presented everything in his advertising videos and the line “your local agencies have never been to canada but we are in Canada and we have experienced everything” -( ZEE). I got my university application and my visa approved via Connected. Currently studying at Columbia college, Vancouver, Canada. Lastly Thank you for giving me hope during tough time's, thank you for everything.

Since I was in College I had a dream of pursuing my studies in Canada and through sheer luck I came across Connected and its awesome team. Once I joined Connected, I became part of the connected family and I received the best service ever. Be it night or day, Annie was always present to assist to all my queries, doubts and even support me morally as I was stressing a lot during the waiting period. I am extremely pleased to have received an offer from the University of Calgary which was among my first choices. This is the second review i am writing to tell you guys that despite my several requests for the refund with proofs and evidences of the bad service received with this company, i was told that i was not eligible to receive my refund because they related it to another complicated issue happening in their own company.

They have been fleeing my request despite it's is mentioned in their policy. They were so happy while taking my money but when the time came to return it, they vanished.

I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone!!!!!!!!

It was a great experience to work with the team. The team, particularly Mahima and Zee has been very helpful and responded to all of my queries with insightful and supportive information and advice. I've purchased both the Admission and Visa packages. I'd say the Visa Package was definitely worth it as the team, particularly Zee has amazingly navigated me through the entire process. Never thought in a million years that I would soon be going to Canada to pursue my studies. It has always been a dream for me to study aboard, specially in Canada. However, whenever I tried to make a move to achieve my dream, there always seem to have some kind of obstacle preventing me from doing so. Specially the fact that tuition fees are extremely high for international students. All that changed when I saw Mahima (member of the connected team), do a live on instagram where she talked about the differential fee for bilingual students, which also considerably reduce the tuition fees of international students. It’s really important to highlight the fact that connected was the first agency ever to inform me about this program. As uOttawa was my first and only choice of university, I was a bit anxious about not getting admitted. In spite of that not only did I received my acceptance letter form uOttawa but I was also offered a scholarship!!!
So I would say that once you sign up with connected you should not have any fear. They really care about their customers and will assist you in every step of the way, whether it be day or night to make your admission process smooth. I really felt supported and guided throughout this journey which is tough and stressful if you’re not guided by the right team. Moreover, every Sunday they propose amazing webinars which give priceless information on how to be successful when studying in Canada. This act as a great motivation and dispel all your fears to go and study abroad.

So,i came across Connected on Instagram and when i saw one of the members at Connected,Mahima,doing a live about helping students to come to Canada for their studies, i was somehow convinced to learn more about the services offered at Connected! I’m so happy today as I got my acceptance letter from TRU which was my first and only choice. I had a dream of doing my studies in Canada and miraculously I met this amazing team ' connected'. It was my second time visa application and it got approved.
After my first visa application refusal I really got depressed and didn't know what to do. Later I fortunately got connected with Zee who is the owner of "Connected". They helped me to find out my first time visa refusal issues and made me believe that if I want, I can do it this time. So, I believed in them and myself too and we started our journey to get the visa approval done by my 2nd time applicantion.
In my 2nd time application processing there were lots of difficulties with my papers but with the help of their experienced counselors my problems got solved easily and was able to apply for the 2nd time visa application.
They are not just like any other agencies. I'm sure everyone who got connected with them, they felt it like home. They have a very friendly work environment. I applied my First Study Permit Application through Non-SDS Method on my own and got refused. Then, I met Zee and enrolled in the Visa Package. They are genuine, helpful and very informative. I told "Informative" because Simran and Zee didn't leave any single point where I would go wrong the second time. I applied through SDS Method for my Study Permit within a week after my refusal. I got the visa approved within 20 days. I am very satisfied with their service. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED.

Literally just got my Visa approved. Everyone in this team are extremely helpful and friendly. Don't go anywhere else. Totally recommend Connected.
