I am really enjoying Geri’s Course . I’m so happy I signed up for it. We are in our house 15 years and it really needs a refresh. From doing this course I am able to plan out and have a vision for each room. It is well worth signing up.

Geri’s course is fantastic and one i would highly recommend to anyone with an interest in interiors. In particular if you are about to embark on a renovation, a new build or you want to update your home.

You will learn the fundamentals of interior design. Colour theory, lighting, scale, floor plans, creating harmony and balance etc.. I found the modules on creating floor plans really interesting and style boards so helpful. The devil is in the detail and how to be well planned and detailed before you start your project. The use of AI is great too to help you visualize what you are trying to achieve.

Geri has a great ability to communicate effectively and concisely which makes her a great teacher.

The course is well layed out, easy to follow, you can do it at your own pace which for me as a busy mom was really important.
I really enjoyed the ‘Share your projects’ section. Learning from others in the group is so interesting and to see how others style their homes. The live calls are brilliant! I have only joined one but watched the others back at my own pace. I loved these! The group learning element is so interesting and everyone is so helpful with advice or tips they have found they love in their homes. I In particularly enjoyed the bathrooms call as bathrooms are so hard to get right. The hallway call surprised me with how much planning a hallway needs.

I wish this course was available 5 years ago when i built my house as i now want to rebuild it and fix areas of problems i now see from my learnings on the course.

We've just moved into our first renovation and decided I wanted to try and get as much of it 'right first time' as possible. I had been following Geri and loved her posts - including her style. I then saw a post about her online course and thought I'd have a look around to see what else was out there. Ultimately I decided that this course looked a bit more personal and intimate and signed up. It's been great so far. I've shared a few ideas with other members of the group and also asked for some advice which has allowed me to reconsider a few ideas of my own. Loving the interaction and the course materials - they really do help! It's great to understand the theory behind why certain colour schemes or spaces work! I will be using the content and chat groups throughout my reno! Thanks Geri and to everyone in the group!

I am delighted to be a student of this course. The course has taught me so much and has really boosted my confidence in how to plan, design and layout my home. The website is easy to use and the course material is easily accessible. Geri is always very responsive to queries sent her way and gives great, personalised advise to students' questions. One of my favourite things about the course is that I can go through the course material in my own free time and can fit it around work and other commitments without feeling like I'm falling behind. Overall, I think it is excellent value for money and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in interior design.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this course. I’m thinking about interior spaces with a whole new outlook. The access to Geri’s knowledge and experience via the zoom calls and forum has been so insightful. Now rather than feeling overwhelmed by future interiors projects I’m looking forward to the process. You’ll learn about lighting, room layout, AI tools, how to plan projects and where to source specific items. I’d recommend this to anyone planning an interiors project big or small.

The course is excellent. I am in the middle of a new build and I have found it so useful. The content is easy to follow and informative. The group calls with Geri are very interesting and helpful. The "Share Your Project" section is fantastic for discussing ideas and getting feedback from both Geri and other members. I highly recommend the course to anyone starting a new build or renovation project—it's definitely worth doing!

The course is excellent, the online element is informative and it is great that you can do in your own time. The best element I feel are the themed calls - Geri’s knowledge of interiors come to the fore. The calls are so informative and Geri’s knowledge on everything from paint colours to bathroom fixtures is superb.

I bought this course with an interest in interiors that I could maybe apply to my home and as well as others.
Having been working through the content I can honestly say it is very worthwhile. Like everything these days you could Google and search for similar topics covered in the course however Geri has very excellently laid each module out clearly, explained the topics thoroughly and makes you feel like you can actually apply these to your projects. Additionally I would say what makes the course, is Geri herself - a very warm, welcoming and encouraging person who has been readily available for any questions and help requested.

I found the course really beneficial and I feel gained so much interior
design knowledge thanks to Geri’s course. I really feel it gets you to think about your space, lighting, colour and ithe importance of tying in your own personality to draw on enhancing your project. I found it great that I could partake in the course at my own pace.

The group dicussion page is a great platform to gather others perspective and knowlegde on various style and also is a great way of sharing ideas and resources.

The 4 group calls was a great interactive way of exploring and developing knowledege on kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and living rooms and Geri was great at answering any questions at the end of sessions. It also made you plot down all your ideas and dicuss your project.

It definitely was money well spent.

I wanted to share how much I am thoroughly enjoying the interior design course. Interior design has always been a passion of mine. My husband and I, both Civil Engineers, designed and built our family home and moved in five years ago. Since then, I have taken on the task of decorating each room, developing an understanding of my own style along the way. This course has truly validated what I have learned over the past five years and has given me even more confidence to take on more adventurous projects at home. It's also empowering to be able to give advice confidently when friends and family seek my input.

I love the structure of the course—it's easy to navigate, and the best part is that you can do it at your own pace and easily revisit modules. Geri is an incredible designer and equally an excellent teacher. The live discussions are even better and add so much value to the learning experience.

This course exceeded my expectations- it could not have been simpler to follow and understand, i now have a great understanding of the psychology of colour, anchoring your design, proportions- you name it! I really hope an advanced course will follow. Thanks so much Geri!

This course has been the best money I've spent to date on our new build. This course has given me confidence and knowledge that I will have for life. I always knew what styles and interiors I liked but I never understood how to break it down and figure out why everything works together. The is the biggest learning I have taken from the course between lighting, creating flow and harmony to room layout the course really hits all the points. Geri has been so helpful with her feedback on my posts on the discussion page. I absolutely love getting to see other peoples projects and this has been another key part of the success of the course!

This course if for you if you are at the start of your house journey whether it’s a new build or a renovation. The course is self directed online modules which have been so helpful for me as I work full time and it allows me to do it in my own time. The online webinars with Geri on a Saturday have been super helpful and I cannot wait for more in the upcoming weeks. The online forum where we can connect with one another and with Geri has been the most beneficial for me as it allows us the opportunity to discuss queries or concerns we may be having about our projects. She is so quick to respond and also so helpful. All I can say is do it you won’t regret it!

This course is a must for anyone going through a renovation project or about to start a career in interior design. It is segmented into modules that include all key elements of interior design. Not only are the videos engaging & informative, each module ends with a quiz to summarise & test the key learnings. Geri has a wonderful ability to explain clearly & concisely each module, with the backdrop of her beautiful home. I am so glad to be part of this community as we can connect & learn from each other as well as from Geri. Thank you for creating such a wonderful course Geri, you are an inspiration!

Course content is well laid out with great advice on each slide. Enjoying going through the sections at my own pace. The group calls with Geri are very interesting and informative. The share your project section is great as other members and Geri give advice and opinions. Well worth doing

Geri’s design course showed how knowledgeable she is in the area of interior design . Each module of the course was very well planned and very informative. Her teaching approach was very clear and her enthusiasm when answering questions during the zoom calls showed how genuinely interested she is in the topic and how much she wanted to share her knowledge.
