My treatment was carried out with such care and professionalism. I was incredibly lucky to have my dentist Dr. Ezgi as my artist; she refined my smile with genuine kindness, precision and an exceptional eye for detail.
The clinic itself provides an excellent standard of care. I was looked after brilliantly from the moment I first got in touch, around two months before arriving. Every question and doubt I had about the treatment was answered promptly and clearly.
On the day of my appointment, I had an X-ray taken and then met the clinic’s general dentist, who spoke to me with honesty and gave me real confidence about what would be best for my individual case.
If you are unsure which clinic to choose, I can genuinely say that InterDental will look after you exceptionally well. Every member of the team is highly professional and committed to achieving the best possible result. Come with confidence — you are in very safe hands.

They were completely honest, explained everything clearly, and never pushed unnecessary treatments — I said no to work on my wisdom teeth and they respected that 100%, no pressure at all.
The result speaks for itself — all the tartar and stains are gone, my teeth are bright, clean, and look completely natural — exactly the fresh, confident smile I was hoping for. The team were professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

Ich bin spontan kurzfristig vorbeigekommen da meine Brücke im Hotelpool verloren gegangen ist.
Ich wurde sehr lieb empfangen von Tugba, sie hat mich durch alles begleitet und war die ganze Zeit für mich da.
Ich bin ein extremer Angstpatient aber das ganze Team war sehr lieb und sehr geduldig mit mir und auch sehr einfühlsam was ich so noch nie in einer Arztpraxis/klink erlebt habe.
Die Behandlung war fast komplett schmerzfrei und hat mir auch meine Angst auf weitere Behandlungen genommen.
Obwohl ich sehr spontan gekommen bin, wurde alles innerhalb weniger Stunden erledigt.
Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und würde diese Klinik von Herzen jedem weiter empfehlen. Vorallem möchte ich Tugba, Dr. Furkan und Mehmet für die tolle Arbeit und ihre Geduld mit mir danken !

What can I say except superb
What can I say except superb! I had absolutely no intention of going to the dentist whilst on holiday in Turkey but before going I found out I had been removed from my own UK dentists' list with no explanation!
I knew I needed some work so did a bit of recommendation research and Interdental came up a few times so I WhatsApped them. They responded very quickly and within a couple of hours I was picked up from my hotel and had a consultation!
I have to be honest and say that I expected a hard sell but got nothing of the sort. I was given several options and knowing that I have genetically weak teeth decided to have several crowns and treatment started there and then.
The dentist, Özge Koçak Kaya was almost artist like with the work she did and checked and checked that she was happy. As her English wasn't great (and my Turkish non existent!) a lovely lady called Liubov came and translated. A quick mention about the dental nurse, Hazal who was also lovely.
I was never made to feel like I was asking too many or silly questions which gave me confidence from the start.
I left with temporary crowns and as they have their own laboratory, was picked up again the following day and fitted with another set of temporary crowns for me to comment on. There was a slight gap I didn't like which was videoed to show the lab technician and the following day the permanent crowns were fitted. One thing I didn't want was infamous Turkey Teeth and the match to my own tooth colour is excellent.
All in all I am delighted and will return as I need a couple of implants and I feel confident that Interdental will do another excellent job.
Price wise I paid half what I would have paid on the NHS and at least four times less than the price if done privately in the UK and it would have taken weeks not days.
What's not to love about having a holiday at the same time?!

I can honestly say I don't normally…
I can honestly say I don't normally bother writing on review sites, but feel I had to give my experience at InterDental, Side, not only 5 stars, but also without doubt my recommendation to my family, friends and this site.
From day one of my consultation I was treated with utmost respect, from the dental team, the reception team, the driver co-ordination team, right.down to the lovely lady who served refreshments in the beautiful relaxing gardens outside.
On my first visit I had 5 extractions from the top gum, no pain at all, then taken for 3D scan, for temporary fittings until my next visit. I was looked after so we'll over next 5days with daily checks on my healing and fittings. I was transferred everyday from hotel to clinic and back from a great team of guys led by Ekrum, who became a good friend to me, booking restaurants and transfers for me to enjoy with my family.
I returned 5 months later, 5 star hotel all inclusive, including transfers, when I had 5 teeth taken from lower jaw, again, no pain, in fact, I fell asleep during the extractions, much to the amusement of the team, Cihan translating to me that I was actually snoring away.
While still able to enjoy a delightful 5 days holiday with my family, Side is beautiful I must say, the care I got in the precision of my final fittings for top and lower jaw, 6 zirconia implants upper, and bridge on lower, I cannot thank everyone enough, they are thoroughly professional, the clinic is immaculately clean, modern and beautiful peaceful gardens.
I am over the moon with how my teeth now look, yrs of pain and trying to get dental appointments back home is finally a thing of the past, thankyou so much InterDental, I've also made good friends that I plan to go back and see on my next holiday to Turkey 💚👍

Aufgrund meiner persönlichen…Erfahrung
Aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrungen würde ich mich heute nicht erneut für diese Klinik entscheiden. Leider muss ich 1* geben um eine Bewertung abzugeben.
Bei mir wurden 8 Implantate zur Versorgung von 14 Zähnen gesetzt. Das Langzeitprovisorium, das ich etwa sechs Monate getragen habe, funktionierte problemlos und verursachte keinerlei Beschwerden.Nach dem Einsetzen der endgültigen Zirkonversorgung (nur 12 Zähne) traten bei mir jedoch Beschwerden auf. Nach meinem Verständnis wurde die Versorgung anders umgesetzt als ursprünglich besprochen. Die Versorgung wurde zementiert und nicht verschraubt. Seitdem hatte ich unter anderem Kiefergelenksprobleme (Knacken, mechanische Reizungen im Mund sowie starke Probleme beim Essen und Kauen. Außerdem biss ich mir regelmäßig in die Unterlippe. Mir wurde erklärt, dass es sich möglicherweise um eine Eingewöhnungsphase handeln könne. Da die Beschwerden auch nach mehreren Monaten unverändert bestanden, wurde die Versorgung auf meinen Wunsch hin geändert. Dafür wurden zusätzliche Kosten berechnet. Eine spürbare und dauerhafte Verbesserung konnte ich persönlich jedoch nicht feststellen. Insgesamt war ich 16-mal während meines Urlaubs in der Klinik.
Trotz der zahlreichen Termine wurde für meine Beschwerden aus meiner Sicht keine zufriedenstellende Lösung gefunden. Enttäuscht war ich außerdem darüber, dass die auf der Homepage beschriebene Funktionsdiagnostik nicht durchgeführt wurde, wie ich es aufgrund der Informationen erwartet hatte. Dieses Thema hatte ich während der Behandlung mehrfach angesprochen. Man bat mich diese Diagnostik in Deutschland bei einem Kieferorthopäden durchführen zu lassen. Schließlich entschied ich mich, die Behandlung dort nicht fortzusetzen und bat um eine Kostenerstattung. Lediglich ein Teil der Kosten wurde erstattet.
Die gesamte Situation war für mich gesundheitlich und finanziell ausgesprochen belastend. Inzwischen wurde die Versorgung in einer anderen Klinik neu angefertigt. Die Nachbehandlung war nach meiner Erfahrung aufwendig und mit erheblichen Unannehmlichkeiten verbunden.
Mein persönliches Fazit: Ich war mit dem Verlauf der Behandlung und dem Ergebnis nicht zufrieden und würde mich heute nicht erneut für diese Klinik entscheiden. Bitte schreiben Sie in Ihrer Antwort nicht das es Ihnen Leid tut. Dazu hätten 16 Mal Gelegenheit gehabt.

wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie unsere Klinik auf diese Weise bewertet haben. Da sich Ihre Bewertung auf die Behandlung in unserer Klinik bezieht, möchten wir den Sachverhalt für zukünftige Patientinnen und Patienten sachlich, transparent und vollständig darstellen.
In unserer Klinik wurden bei Ihnen insgesamt acht Camlog-Implantate gesetzt. Nach unserem aktuellen Kenntnisstand befinden sich diese Implantate in einem guten Zustand; hinsichtlich der Implantate selbst liegt kein medizinisches Problem vor. Der weitere Behandlungsbedarf bezog sich nicht auf die Implantate, sondern auf die endgültige prothetische Versorgung.
Um langfristig ein funktionell und ästhetisch hochwertiges Ergebnis zu erzielen, haben wir Ihnen anstelle konventioneller Zirkonkronen ein individuell geplantes Hybridsystem aus einem modernen Hochleistungsmaterial empfohlen. Diese Empfehlung wurde Ihnen ausführlich erläutert. Leider konnte die Behandlung nicht bis zur endgültigen Versorgung abgeschlossen werden.
Dennoch haben wir während des gesamten Behandlungsverlaufs mehrfach provisorische Versorgungen angefertigt, zusätzliche Termine ermöglicht sowie kostenlose Transfers organisiert. Für diese zusätzlichen Leistungen wurden Ihnen keinerlei weitere Kosten berechnet. Unser Ziel war es jederzeit, gemeinsam mit Ihnen eine medizinisch sinnvolle und langfristig erfolgreiche Lösung zu finden.
Zum besseren Verständnis möchten wir außerdem darauf hinweisen, dass die Implantatversorgung im Unterkiefer nicht in unserer Klinik durchgeführt wurde. Bereits bei Ihrer Erstvorstellung lagen Vorbehandlungen aus einer anderen medizinischen Einrichtung vor, die wir selbstverständlich bei unserer Behandlungsplanung berücksichtigt haben.
Gerade im Gesundheitswesen sind faire, sachliche und vollständige Bewertungen von besonderer Bedeutung – sowohl für zukünftige Patientinnen und Patienten als auch für medizinische Einrichtungen. Aus unserer Sicht vermittelt Ihre Bewertung den gesamten Behandlungsverlauf sowie den Umfang der von unserer Klinik erbrachten Leistungen leider nicht vollständig.
Unser Ziel war und ist es niemals, kurzfristige Lösungen anzubieten, sondern Behandlungen durchzuführen, die unseren Patientinnen und Patienten über viele Jahre hinweg Sicherheit, Funktion und Lebensqualität bieten. Deshalb orientieren sich unsere Therapieempfehlungen stets an der langfristigen Mundgesundheit unserer Patienten.

Me & my partner have both recently had implants & veneers treatment carried out by inter dental. From the first consultation to the completion of both our treatments over a 6 month period was flawless. We cannot recommend them enough 10 out of 10😎 All the staff are amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process is easy and cost effective. They pick you up & drop you off. The clinic is modern & spotlessly clean with a high emphasis on hygiene. It has lovely gardens and facilities to relax in while having your treatment & they offer you refreshments all the time.
The language is not a problem as most of the dentists speak English but Ekrem is always on hand to translate if needed. My visit to Inter Dental wasn’t something I had planned in advance. However, while I was in Turkey, the opportunity came up for a consultation, so I decided to take it. Following that consultation, I had a dental cleaning, the removal of some crowns, a filling, and teeth whitening. Although I didn’t undergo any major treatment, I was very pleased with the care I received. Everything was handled professionally, and while there was some pain and sensitivity during and after the procedures, it was very manageable.
I would especially like to thank one particular member of staff — Nicole. I didn’t notice her in any of the photos on the Inter Dental website, but she truly made a difference to my experience. While I ended up waiting longer than expected, she made a point of checking on me regularly and ensuring I was comfortable. Her warm welcome, kindness, and attentiveness really stood out.
The rest of the team was professional as well, but Nicole went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t feel overlooked during the wait, and I genuinely appreciated that.
Despite the unexpected delay, I left feeling very satisfied with the service. If I return to Turkey in the future, I would happily visit Inter Dental again for another cleaning and whitening.
Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them.
