Steve is a great PT. I wanted to get into going to the gym but didn’t want to be in an intimidating environment like some of the big chain gyms. He is welcoming and friendly and builds a program around what you want to achieve. Steve has helped me achieve my goals and we have a good laugh along the way. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a professional yet friendly and approachable PT!!

Steve Winnan Helped me so much with starting my journey with exercise, he inspired me to go on and become a qualified PT. His mentorship helped me immensely with my confidence as well as my health. When I met him I was 6 stone and now I am at a healthy weight and enjoy exercise. Thankyou Steve!

I trained here with Steve for 3 years whilst I was at university. Both he and the facilities are excellent and I think working here with him was a much better experience than going to a gym alone. Lots of opportunities to get involved with different training programs.

The gym is run and managed by Mr Steve Wennen a highly
qualified trainer and in aspects of well being pertaining to the
older person and the younger ones as well.
you can discuss your requirements with Steve and he will advice on
best regime , but nothing is forced its at your own pace

My partner & I have been goIng to Steve as a couple once a week for the past 18 months. In that time our fitness, move-ability & strength has improved tenfold. We are both in our 70’s & we do Squats, floor work, weights all which have built up from very light work progressing to where we are now. All of which has improved our core & stand much straighter. We would highly recommend Steve who is extremely friendly & works hard to improve your fitness.
