She was fantastic in driving the sale through to completion and ensuring communication was effective and efficient between all parties including myself and the legal teams on both sides, so that we could achieve the sale within the timescale I had requested. There was a level of personal interest rather than just being a person at the end of the phone. She also offered me advice in the sale process, which was very much appreciated as this was my first time experience of selling a business. I was fortunate enough to hear Mark address a group of potential business buyers and sellers. I saw a few others that day, but Mark's presentation made the most sense. He was clear and specific about what people in each group should expect. And he identified factors that need to be addressed and managed.

I contacted Intelligent as I am considering attempting to purchase a business, so was looking for some advice around valuations amongst other things. After filling out an online form I was contacted tasted via text message by Beccy, who was very friendly, bu explained that they are on the other side of the equation, selling businesses rather than assisting with purchases, which is completely understandable, but she offered to hand my details over to Mark to have a look at anyway. I was contacted later on, over the phone, by Mark who said basically the same thing, but offered to have a quick look over the books and then an informal chat. I sent him the accounts and he called me back the following day and spent quite some time explaining things to me and offering advice, none of which he was compelled to do, or was ever going to receive any kind of gain from. He even told me to get back in touch if i needed any further advice. A thoroughly nice guy, who went out of his way to help me, I can only imagine how hard these guys would work for an actual paying client!
