I booked and paid the travel insurance yesterday for our travel this October. But unfortunately, when I booked a slot for the lodging of our visa application, the earliest available date is Oct 7. I had to change our original travel dates from Oct 11 to Nov 8. I sent Insurte an e-mail asking if they can still change the travel insurance policy date. And whoa....super fast...no hassle. They immediately changed the dates. Thank you Insurte. :-)

The best insurance company I ever made. I have booked the insurance for 3 months and the visa agent couldn’t help me for my student visa. I don’t have any refusal letter to hand, I explain to the insurance company what has happened and the refund my money by understanding my situation. This the company we need to the world. I strongly advise anyone to book an insurance with this company. The phone number worked 24/7 the online service is very quick. They refund your money if you didn’t get the visa. J'ai souscris à une assurance voyage pour un montant de 73,34 euros et suite à l'annulation du voyage j'ai pu obtenir un remboursement de 66,41 euros. Le remboursement fut rapide même si le montant du remboursement fut réduit de 6.93 euros sans justification.
