I had a very positive experience with Insurte. I needed to request a refund after making a mistake in my travel dates, and they were responsive, helpful and efficient. Definitely recommend using their services.

I was notified that a current Travel insurance contract will be renewed automatically and the contract was no longer required. I sent a mail to Insurte and within less than 24 hours I received confirmation that the contract is terminated and the refund activated. The customer relations consultant (Paul) was very professional and efficient. I can highly recommend Insurte Travel for your travel insurance.

I had a visa application delayed at the embassy meaning my insurance wqs already in motion and was on the 3rd day. I quickly sent mail to Insurte explaining my circumstances, within 10minutes I got a reply telling me what documents to send and how to to go about ky application with a template, I replied the mail using the information given plus requested documents, I can comfirm within some fews minutes I got a very favourable response that inspire of my contract (insurance) already in motion,they are putting a hold on my insurance pending my a decision on my visa application, this to me is human and excellent service provided and with the rapid response to their mail,I am yet to experience any service delivery company that are fast and responsive to mails from their clients. The second time I had experienced that,Insurte is your- go-to insurance i can recommend.
