It's been a whole year since I renewed I started new things in my cosmetology field and instead of me being informed of everything that's covered I asked and I found out that hair extensions was not covered under my insurance which was a surprise to me cuz it's cosmetology thing. I just would of liked it more if it was a more informed purchase where the representative told me, Okay, these are all the things you are covered for in case there's anything else please let us know and we'll see how we can accommodate that. I would have liked to be informed. If there was any new changes in the last year in the insurance of Cosmetology. If the umbrella under cosmetology had change for coverage whether added to or taken out. That information would have been very much appreciated. I also wasn't given any other options to make sure hair extensions was covered. It's something I have to go back and look into.

Honestly Its a good price easy to renew the one time I had a question I got a quick response I never had an issue dealing with them.

Since I have not need to use the insurance other than for verification. Basically no news is good news
It is pretty easy to renew and that is pretty much all that is involved. I did inquire once about adding another insured and it was told me that it would cost $10 which seems irregular to what I have had in the past . But other than that all is well.

You put in Terra Gold's name. The insured is Valerie Girard. Please correct this so that I am insured. This is important.
