i spoke firstly with a caller who introduced himself as being from Insured Health to discuss my private health cover. After giving him details he put me through to Liam who was to go through details of what i pay and the cover that I have with my existing insurer (AXA).
Liam was very professional and came back to me with a much better deal with BUPA and said they will deal with all work necessary to cancel my old policy and transfer to BUPA.
A very pleasant experience indeed with no hassle on my part.

Simple, straightforward

From the moment I started a conversation with Neil, it was professional throughout. He explained in detail how he worked and what I should expect.
I found him very approachable; therefore, I liked what he offered and accepted his proposal.

The person who dealt with my request was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He called me exactly when he said he would and also sent me the relevant documents by email quickly. He found me an excellent policy for my health insurance.

I have had private health insurance for most of my life. I am 80 years old and have found I can no longer afford the policy I had.
