Complete satisfaction with insurer
I was recommended this insurer by a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. After trawling all relevant insurers this was by far the lowest premium. After completing the site for a policy I made a mess of getting a discount for me and my friend. I contacted the customer service arm and was pleasantly surprised by how efficient my error was handled; consequently I and my friend are getting our rewards. All in all this was a no hassle process which I am thoroughly satisfied with.

Claim for broken Taylor Made driver
On arriving at my destination for a 7 day golf holiday and on open my golf club carrier, the driver had snapped in transit. This presumably happened at some point in transit. I thren decided to submit a claim only to be asked a number of questions that to me were a ploy to make the claim process as difficult as possible.
1) A purchase receipt of the club from 3 years ago. Who keeps that. The make and model was supplied.
2) A copy of my travel insurance basically to see if they could pass part or all of the cost back onto that company.
3) A travel irregularity report from the airline. Not sure what that would proove as no one can be 100% sure when the damaged occured.
As with all insurnace companies, they are only tested when it comes to paying out and I feel Insure4sport offer a very cheap policy, which is all well and good but what happens when you put in a claim. I won't be renewing and I would suggest others avoid
